What a great find in OC where the prices usually give you the bare minimum because hey you’re at the shore right? This motel was impeccably clean with a comfy modern room and everything is updated and pristine. Great, friendly service. Excellent location. Impeccable pool and cold air in the room. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Microwave, blow dryer, iron. No need to bring toiletries because they have you covered with full size products in the shower and not those tiny tubes. Cafe across the street, one block from the boardwalk. The staff/owners are amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was my husband's and I first time staying at The Forum and we couldn't have been any happier! The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and the workers were so sweet and made sure their guests were happy. We loved that they got rid of carpet because I stayed at places before and they had trapped odors because of them. The room was beautiful! We even wanted to extend our stay, but couldn't since they were fully booked. We will definitely be back! Thank you to The Forum!!

A little expensive after June, but definitely worth the money spent. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. There was actually a very talented guy who played guitar during our last visit and it really added to the atmosphere, you should definitely have him back again. Our new favorite place to stay in town.

Located just a block from the boardwalk and near lots of restaurants, this is a greatplace to stay. We've stayed in the rooms previously and this time we got a 2 bedroom apartment. It's clean, beds are extremely comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. We love the Forum! Also they have a pool which is clean and warm. Already planning to rent the 3 bedroom apartment for next year.

The Forum was a great choice! I looked at several places to stay in OCNJ and decided on The Forum. My biggest reason were the positive reviews for cleanliness and the reviews were very accurate! The morning of our stay I received a text to verify that I was over 25 and some other details (by the way this checked another box on my list, because I didn't want to stay where there were a bunch of kids partying). Digitally signed the document and when we arrived the only thing I had to do was head to the office to show ID. Check-in is not until 4 but, I was told that the room should be ready no later than 3 and they confirmed my cell number and told me I would receive a text that the room was ready and the door unlock code. At 2:50 I received a text that the room was ready. Some reviewers of other locations said the pics on the website did not reflect the room they were getting but, the room I received matched perfectly! I took pics as soon as I was inside so the room looks like the pics minus the bag on the bed. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. The pool was great! It was very clean and there was more than enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. If you have kids they have a gentleman at the pool each day we were there making balloons for the kids and one day he was making sand art for/with them. The Forum is about 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk so all I had to do is park and I could walk to the boardwalk or the shops on Asbury. Even though this is a kid friendly place you could not hear the kids outside or above you for that matter. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot and had very good water pressure with a great walking shower. The rooms were modern. There was a big screen TV in the room and although I didn't need wifi the signal was strong anywhere around the property. As far as parking goes it can be a little tight but, they have an overflow lot which we used that was right across the street from the hotel and it was safe and secure. Some other places I looked at had you parking your car 3 blocks away or, charged you $15.00 to $25.00 a day to park. We had a great time and overall experience at The Fourm and this stay made me decide to stay here and not look around elsewhere. Sure, there are cheaper spots in OCNJ but, for the cleanliness, peace and quite along with being able to walk just about anywhere made paying a little more definitely worth it! I forgot to mention that as part of your fee you get beach tags to use while you are a guest at The Forum which was great! Thank you to all of the staff from the owners to the housekeeping staff and support personal for a great getaway!

Fantastic staff! The youg lady I believe her name was Anisha. She was absolutely incredible and helpful. She went above and beyond for my family and I after the hot water went out. She took the time to make sure we were OK and gave us another room so we could use the shower. The rooms were incredible really clean especially the bathroom. They also had entertainment at the pool when I was there. They had a guy making balloon animals for the kids and a guy who was rocking out with the guitar playing some good tunes. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and I'll definitely be back next summer ☀

Never been to OCNJ and went by the ratings and book the FORUM. Rooms were clean, service was great and location was perfect. I would highly recommend. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back. Check out the FORUM - the pool area was very nice, too.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights right after Labor Day. The Forum has got that old school beach motel charm. And it is old. There’s no sugar coating that, but our stay was awesome! The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The motel has free parking on site, a nice size (and very clean) pool, a sun deck with loungers, and is one block to the beach. Our room had everything we needed, with a mini fridge, microwave, and small tv on the wall with basic cable. (It even has a safe.) We would have loved a coffeemaker, but there’s a cute cafe right across the street to get coffee at anyway. No biggie. Our king size bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept on in a hotel or motel. And most importantly, the room was clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again. You can’t beat the value and proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and an array of awesome little cafes and ice cream shops.

This is our fourth year in a row. The recent room, hallway and lobby renovations have brightened and added tons of space to enjoy. Renovations are a long process, especially when supply issues are a problem in today’s world. The new bedding is extremely comfortable, the rugs are perfect. Adding to the space, the bright white wood panel walls brighten the room. The bathroom, newly tiled, rain shower head, vanity with adjustable mirror lighting, is chic. If I leave out the staff P.J. and company, I’d be leaving out the welcoming energy. The Forum has put a ton of work in for their guests and it shows. Well done and see you again in August! Nice and clean. Pool was clean and clear. Staff was super nice. We had the private balcony room but not really private. Just a small railing between the next rooms balcony. No coffee pot in room but had fridge and microwave. Price is kind of high but so is everything in OCNJ. so it was pretty on par with neighboring hotel prices. Overall i would definitely recommend the Forum mainly for the good customer service by the employees. Thats hard to find sometimes in shore towns.

About a block away from the beach but the room was very nice and clean. The aesthetic was cute. There's a nice cafe across the street.

I stayed at The Forum twice in the summer of 2022. The staff was FANTASTIC - shout out to Aru, PJ, Kumar, Zach, Juan, and Justin. Rooms were updated and clean, good selection of toiletries, pool was clean, property was safe, nice variety of snacks and drinks for purchase. The
interior hotel hallway was an excellent safety surprise. Everyone was super nice to me, even gave me a stuffed fish. Thank you, everyone.

We loved the place over a 4 day weekend in early June. It deserves a lot better cred. Maybe the staff is way better than prior seasons! The front desk saved me big bucks by telling our 2nd car arriving early how to park for free on the street just two blocks away. Plus, even before the 4 PM check-in they offered my early arrivals our beach tags so they could get a free early taste the beach. The whole place is well maintained. Staff is friendly! Deversity is a strength!

My 2 kids and I stayed at The Forum from Mon-Fri the week after July 4th. PJ runs a great establishment! From speaking with Justin on the phone setting up our stay, to Quan at check in, to Kumar at the desk mainly during our stay, these people were friendly, helpful, courteous, and just plain nice!!! I was thrilled with the customer service we received!!! Even the housekeepers and maintenance crew I would see in the hall always had a smile or a hello. I appreciate that very much in this day and age! The pool area was great! The beds were super comfortable, we stayed in a balcony double on the second floor. The room may be dated a little but who is spending a lot of time in their room?? This place is walkable to everywhere! I parked my car on Monday, and never moved it until Friday! The grocery store, shops on Asbury, mini-golf, icecream, restaurants, and especially the boardwalk and beach are all a very easy walk from The Forum. I suggest booking directly through them to avoid getting any extra fees and you get free beach tags! I highly recommend this place and I will stay there again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful week!

I like it. First time staying in Ocean City and I'll look around at other hotels next time I come back but I'll probably stick with The Forum. The hotel is clean and the front desk is friendly. My only complaint is 100% my fault -- pay attention to the rooms when you book online. I saw the two queen (staying here with kids too) and then saw the upgraded balcony room so I booked that, but the room I booked only had full beds which I didn't notice. I would have preferred the queen room but that's my fault.

We needed a bed just for one night, I called six hotels and none of them would do one weekend night, I was getting worried. Forum not only had that, but we also had use of their pool, outside showers and parking lot after checking out the next day. It was so much better than driving several hours home at 1AM exhausted after a concert. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and nice too. The room was huge, and could easily fit a family of 4, the bathroom was very small, but functional and the space was very clean, with some old down the shore charm like older light fixtures, and our room had a second door to the pool side of the hotel. I would definitely come back. The walk to the beach was abou 1,000ft, or 3 blocks.

I'd like to personally thank the young lady who worked at the front desk this past weekend. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful.
The hotel was great overall...clean rooms, pool, and less than a minute's walk to the beach.

for the price and location to the beach, i think this is a good choice for someone looking to spend a few days in OC. the rooms are comfortable and clean, there's a pool surrounding it, and parking is provided. also, late checkouts are available upon request which is something i value!
