I have a friend who works there at Frontier Leasing and has for many years. All he talks about is how great the company is and how well he is treated. It is refreshing to hear. The best part, as a manager myself, is that what he says about his dedication to them in return.... he strives to give Frontier everything he can , and strives to be the best employee they have in return.

True definition of true leadership and integrity in a company.

Everyone else should look at the business model these folks have, and learn.

FYI. I don't work for Frontier, don't know their owners, managers, or anyone there, only one of their drivers who has worked there for maybe 6 years, and been a friend of mine for over 15 years

Great company to work for. I work there in 2003. I still remember sue the dispatcher. If I was able to drive again In a heart beat. I would have gone back.
