Impala Island Inn at Shorebreak Resorts

A great deal for the location. The rooms were a bit dated but very clean and the service was friendly and competent. It is very close to the boardwalk and beach.

Stayed here for 2 nights in January and would recommend. Great location near the boardwalk, room was very clean and Domingo at the front desk gave us excellent service! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the room is because it is dated but having said that, I was impressed how clean it was, which is very important to me.

Just got a room cuz my son prom was all the way out here...smh but nice ppl great service..didn't stay long just till his prom was done...

Love staying here! The rooms have been updated since my last visit and they're now very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. I missed the Blooming Tulip restaurant, but the new building with the suites looks nice. I'll stay there next visit. Can't beat the location!

From the moment I first called to just inquire about information all the way through till the day I was going to check in, I dealt with a lady named Destiny. Her customer service was beyond my expectations and she was just fantastic overall! Only if more hotels had staffing like her this world would be a much better place!! She was super knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and just the sweetest person! She literally treated me like family when I am a complete stranger to her. So if that doesn’t say a lot then I don’t know what does! She went up and above to see my reservation all the way through till the end. Thank you so much and because of you I will definitely be coming there next year!

We stayed over for Labor Day weekend and it was an unexpected surprise to find a hotel that had such a convenient location at a reasonable price with such quality!

The rooms are basic (bed and bathroom), but they were very clean and offered all the necessities for my family (TV, fridge, dryer etc.). The AC was a little noisy, but that's expected in these places, so we managed.

What really stood out was the staff, very friendly and accommodating. It's always nice to know they really care about your experience.

Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a decent place to stay.

Love coming here every year, it’s our favorite place.

Clean, hot water and comfortable bed - what more can you ask for.
Our only recommendation, is to switch out carpet for tile flooring.

First Timer and was not disappointed at all. The rooms were clean and well maintain too. The front staff were friendly as well.
The pool was nice was also nice and relaxing, close to the beach and boardwalk. Will be back next month. BRAVO

The Impala Inn is the highlight of my kids summer. It is clean, the location is perfect, the pool is fantastic and the staff are always so friendly. I book early each year to go during Family Week in June, it's a wonderful way to kick off summer. This year my husband had a medical emergency and he was admitted into the hospital only a few days before we were supposed to go to Ocean City. I contact Impala Inn and they worked with me to push our reservation back 4 weeks so could still have a family vacation. A few days later the surgeon said 4 weeks was too soon, so again I contact Impala Inn to push our reservation back again. The woman on the phone was understanding, offered her support and again worked with me to find another week later in the season. Having my husband in the hospital for over a week was stressful but working with the Impala Inn was stress free! Thank you Impala Inn for making our summers memorable and working with us through this stressful time. My kiddos are literally counting down the days until they get to return!

We have stayed here every year for six years. It is not super fancy or anything, but it is extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and the room feels calming to be in. Best of all, it is right next to the boardwalk! Great when you need to lug a bunch of beach gear, or go for your morning coffee. Also, it is affordable!

Consistently excellent every visit. Clean rooms, lots of towels and toiletries, perfect location, never disappointed. Keep in mind, it's near the rides, so it's noisy until 11pm.

The rooms & pool are always clean. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. Been staying there on & off for many years & they never disappoint. Highly recommend!!

Rooms were good just had no microwave to heat things up and service lots of them dont speak english and they dont have a laundry room and the house keeping never awnsers the phone but in all I had a awesome time.

We had a great experience at the Impala! The staff was friendly, courteous, and wonderful to work with! Our room was clean and large enough for our small family. The pools were clean and well maintained. We love the convenience to the beach, boardwalk, and amusements! We look forward to returning in the future!

It was clean. The office staff was very nice. Our check-in time was 3PM, but we arrived about 10AM. They let us check in early. We could park there and just enjoy the day. It is very close to the boardwalk, which is really nice. Thank you for the overnight.

This was a great place to stay for our 3 days in Ocean City. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The room was clean and perfect for cooking breakfast and dinner. The appliances are a little outdated, but all of the cooking tools were provided. The hotel was extremely convenient, where it was located next to the boardwalk and amusement area. We would stay here again!

Manager is a wonderful person! The room was clean and the hotel was close to the boardwalk.

My Family and I booked a last minute 2 night stay, and were very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean, the bedding, fresh and comfortable, and the pool water and area were extremely well maintained. It's not a 5 star hotel, but I give it 5 stars for cleanliness, condition of room, and location. My ONLY request would be that the pool be opened later in the evening. It would have been a huge plus to come back from the boardwalk and let the kids take a dip in the pool. Keep up the good work. We will stay there again.
