Kosuru himself is amazing! He actually listens to your concerns as a parent. Interacts really well with the kids as well.
The clinic on the other hand never answers their phone. Drives me nuts! I shouldn’t have to call 10+ times to get through to set an appointment up or ask a question. Very unprofessional. Recently went in for a covid test was told to wait out in the car & call upon arrival. Called & called no answer ended up going inside so I wouldn’t miss the appointment. The ladies at the desk claimed to be too busy to answer but were on their personal phones.
