If I could give them 10 stars I would. Stop looking for another dealership and ask for Clay. I have purchased many cars over the last 25 years and this was the best purchasing experience EVER. He was honest, straightforward, transparent and fast. You can tell he genuinely cares about each and every customer. We came here from another Hyundai dealership in NWAR where we had a not so professional experience. If you live in NW Arkansas or the surrounding area please, please come to Frank Fletcher Hyundai. Save yourself the grief, stress and disappointment. They will take good care of you. I loved my experience here so much I am going to go here for all my services instead of where I live. This was my first Hyundai purchase and will not my last at Frank Fletcher. I wish there was a way I could tell Mr. Fletcher how fantastic and special Clay and everyone at this dealership is.

Here is my review after a month with our new Santa Cruz. I don't review on the price I paid or the great deal. If I don't get a good price that's on me. Most important is the way I'm treated , transparency . But then the most important for me is service. I feel the service at Fletcher Hyundai is very very good, when I had a problem it was dealt with and taken care of in a very good fast and timely manner. Thank you service dept. and service manager. I met the general manager and was a very nice friendly person. Sales person was very kind. My overall experience has been good. Would by again at this point. Service department is amazing! 10/10. I was driving home from Des Moines, IA to Little Rock, Ar and during that winter storm my windshield wipers stopped working. Horrible timing, however after roadside assistance towed me there, they were able to fix the issue quickly and get me on my way in 15 minutes. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If I didn’t live so far away, I’d buy my next Hyundai from them. If their service department was this friendly and helpful, the rest of the dealership should be just as great! Thank y’all once again.

If you’re looking for someone that will be honest and not wasting your time, Clay Shaffer is your guy. He goes to all ends to make sure your experience buying a car is breezy and fast! He is absolutely the best.

I bought my new car from Hyundai from clay 2 years ago (clay is great, love him) and I had, had an accident recently that messed up my strut in my tire. Jayson in service was so sweet and helped me get my car towed with roadside and to the dealership and got me in a loaner in under 30 minutes. I’m very grateful for him and the dealership. ❤

Kudos to the service department, especially Zeb. While traveling back to Arkansas, I had to be towed to Fletcher in Joplin due to an unusual and freakish problem. I didn't even purchase the car there, but I was treated with such compassion and urgency to get the car repaired quickly. What started out to be a stressful situation ended up very positive thanks to Fletcher Hyundai and Zeb.
