We contacted them on a Saturday and set a Sunday appointment. Shawn is very nice and informative of the options available. He's not a pushy salesman! Our experience has been very very pleasant! I love the fact that he worked with us on the price without our requesting.

Shawn was a saint when we went in for our appointment! He was kind the entire meeting and took his time showing us different styles And brands so that we never felt rushed or pressured, and in the end we ended up with a crazyyyy nice bed for an even better price! Great experience here! We previously went to a big chain mattress store and had a terrible experience, basically being told if we didn't want to at least drop a couple thousand dollars then there was no point even buying one. Angie was quick to respond to schedule us a same day appointment. Shawn helped us find a super comfortable mattress in our price point, and we were in and out in 15 minutes with a new mattress to take home the same night! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I've only ever had hand-me-down mattresses in the past, so I was in WAY over my head buying a brand new one. Shawn made the process super easy and dealt with me being wish-washy and nervous about the cost, no problem. I ended up with a great deal and it was delivered the same day! They definitely won me over and we'll be back for any of our future bedding needs!

I love having to set an appointment! Makes purchasing so much easier when you have the owners undivided attention. And you don’t have to try out a bed someone else was just in. I’ve bought two beds from Shawn and it’s been the best sales experience I’ve had. Delivered on time and much faster than I thought I’d get my mattresses. I even ordered a custom fit mattress for my camper. Both were super affordable and are really nice mattresses. I won’t go anywhere else for my mattresses from now on.

Needed a couple of Mattresses for my kids so I messaged the store. Was very friendly and responded very fast. Gentleman I texted with was quick to answer any of my questions and we were able to schedule a time that was convenient for me to bring my kids over to try out the mattresses as he suggested since they would be sleeping on it. They had a great selection and a clean store. The kids found the ones they wanted and they had them in stock to my surprise!!!! we were able to load them up and take them home. I will be shopping with them again the next time I need a mattress for sure!

Called Shawn and told him what we needed. We moved to a bigger house and the kids needed all new beds. We ended up buying 4 mattresses and 3 bed frames and could not have been more pleased with the customer service and/or experience.
I had walked into other places before, just looking, and was always pressured and the salesmen just kept on talking and talking, trying to "talk me into" buying.
This experience was very different. I told him what we were looking for and he let my wife and I sit and lay down on the beds and get a real feel for them and make our decision, without being down our throats.
He's obviously a salesman since he sells them, but he's not your "nagging" type and I have recommended him twice today already. Can't go wrong with their product or customer service.
