The past few times I have been in the store, I have noticed the manager being very hands-on and directing the employees on how to do their job. I just left and I saw him picking up trash outside and checking the trash cans. Seeing a manager very involved in his team makes me want to shop here more often because I see there is change happening and this store is on the right track! I have been doing the curbside pickup the past few times and I only wait 3 minutes maybe.

Was getting my passport picture. Nicole was the one who was helping. She very friendly kept apologizing because she was the only one upfront. Great customer service. She needs a raise for sure!

I have used WALGREENS in two other cities prior to moving to Springfield in June 2020. The WALGREENS on Grand and Kansas is by far the superior experience. The staff has been consistently pleasant and efficient. There have been no errors. I also appreciate their excellent communication! Thank you WALGREENS, you’re awesome!!

I was greeted when entering the store. I went in for 2 sale items, only 1 was out of stock. I expected that though going in the evening of the last day of the sale
