Medford True Value Hardware

It's a great hardware store that sadly is closing. It is for sale, but the owner hasn't found a buyer. Need to move quickly - these kind of stores are more important than the big box ones when you are looking for the niche items and personal project care.

Definitely going to miss this store and the convenience. Sorry to see you go. It was always so easy and they were so helpful. Store is cleared out.

This store is now permanently closed. (Owner retired and closed store as of 11/23). ......... Very nice newly relocated store. New store is larger and has many more items saving trips to large big box stores further away. Also customer service wise knowledgeable staff is always there to help unlike the big stores where it can be difficult to find help. The new location also has a really nice display of the party rental items. I be coming to this neighborhood store regularly

This is the place to buy home improvement products, indoor and outdoor decorations, greeting cards, gift bags, and so much more.

Medford's True Value Store has increased in size to accommodate the needs and wants of the local residence. A minor need like a new key made was a fun experience at Medford's True Value because the staff is fun.
Lisa, a fun, earthy woman made a new key for me ... I have a margarita photo on my key ... Now, I will easily find it.

Amazing staff and great experience! Searched every store in the Marlton area for a sled but couldn’t find one. Found the Medford true value online and called, they were very helpful over the phone and said they had a few left. I realized they had online ordering so I placed an order online to make sure they’d be held for me. Super easy to order online and the order was ready very quickly. I called when I got there and they brought it right to the door for me and helped me find the other items I needed. They were very knowledgeable and helped me get in and out the super fast. All of the staff members were so kind and helpful-will definitely be coming to this store in the future for our needs! :) -Elisa Houseman

Beautiful layout, easy to find items, stocked well

I was surprised to find this relocated true value store had such a large variety of items.
I went in for a couple single screws and a latch, came out with much more including a nice, high top bistro set with inlaid tiles.

The manager and staff took time to carry it out to my vehicle, loaded it up and carefully wrapped the tiles.

The manager was extremely helpful and pleasant as was the rest of the staff. The special attention and quick answers to questions were such a nice change from the large hardware stores.

It's nice to have a convenient local store. Stop here before visiting the chains!

The very best local hardware store I have ever visited. The range of products they stock rivals any big chain store. Their pricing is better or as good as any chain hardware store. Obviously, the convenience of a neighborhood hardware beats driving to a larger competitor. I always shop here first for a wide range of products that goes far beyond the usual hardware store supplies. Medford True Value Hardware stocks every part, nail or screw I have every needed. Additionally they stock pet supplies, outdoor furniture, blowers, mowers, grills, home cleaning supplies, large machine tool rentals, complete party supplies & equipment rentals, and even greeting cards at amazing prices. The staff is excellent and always willing to help me find a part or solve a home repair problem. Do yourself a favor and start at Medford True Value. You won't be disappointed.

Magical place, seemingly have everything the other two bigger competitors have in one tenth the space. They should put one of these stores near every TJ Max, Burlington, Marshall's and Ross store so us men have some place to hang out when shopping with our wives.😃

Neat and clean store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Found some cord to tie down some brush in back of my truck and a pair of loppers to replace my old pair. Could have spent more time here walking the organized aisles. Tons of things here.

I reserved a 20x30 tent and paid a deposit. They were very helpful about explaining tent options. Ordering was simple. Best part... I had to cancel the tent due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very professional, shared their cancellation policy with me, and worked with me to resolve the situation in an honest and professional way. Thank you!

My favorite part is the card store and more! They sell the softest& coziest pajamas. I always buy my light bulbs from true value.

Great local business. Plenty of selection 5 minutes from home! Rental.servive is also great!

True Value is a great store and provides incredible customer service. I work at Taunton Forge Liquors right next to this True Value location and our plaza hosted a drive in movie night for local family's. The rental center at True Value was kind enough to donate a cotton candy machine as well as a popcorn machine for the kids to enjoy while they watch Frozen. True Value has been an excellent store for our business that is in the Village of Taunton Forge. They supply everything we need for quick fixes, supplies and for events.

If you haven't stopped in the new location for True Value in Medford yet I suggest you do so. I was surprised as I walked around the aisles of the inventory they now carry and some of the name brands that they carry as well. So much closer to home without the need to make the Trek to Home Depot or Lowe's Home Improvement. Knowledgeable staff and pretty much anything you could think of that you may need.

Great place for hardware items. Employees are very kind and give customers very helpful tricks and advice.

Medford True Value Hardware is an outstanding source for rental equipment for events of all sizes. Their staff is both friendly and very knowledgeable. They are also an outstanding member of the Medford community, and have continued to support local organizations for many years. Highly recommended.
