Been 5 times over 2 yr... unimaginably consistent.

The Chef is talented, I'm not a foodie or anything like that but I haven't had a bad experience ever.

The hostess was welcoming and friendly. Our waiter Franco was very knowledgeable of the dishes and wonderfully attentive throughout our dinner. The Melanzane Ripieno appetizer was delicious and the Caesar salad was very good too. My wife had the Veal Francese for her entree that you could cut with a spoon it was so tender and perfectly cooked. I had the Bronzino special that was again , cooked to perfection , the dish was over Angel hair pasta , the fish was topped with jumbo lump crabmeat dressed in a lemon butter sauce, with capers , grape tomatoes, asparagus and hearts of artichokes.
For dessert, we decided to share the Crème Brûlée which was silky smooth with the perfect crunch of sugar on top. The double espresso was a perfect way to finish the perfect dinner!

Charming old school Italian place. The staff is very understanding, I gave an extra star for them because they're nice. This is BYOB so definitely bring a bottle of wine , if it's white wine they'll give you an ice bucket. We started with the Calamari and an order of lobster ravioli which was a special. Definitely get the lobster ravioli if it's on the menu. I thought it was better than the Calamari and seemed to have large chunks of crabmeat or lobster on top with a tasty sauce. For main I got the stuffed tilapia but my Mom got the Branzino and that was definitely better so I'd get that next time. Tiramisu was light and airy and was better than that chocolate ice cream sphere thing . I'd skip that next time. I would like to come back here next year and try some different dishes . Pretty good and laid back . They have their own parking lot.

Sat on lower deck outside in front of building. Great view of the bay and surrounding area. Gnocchi was easily top 3 of Italian places I’ve been to. Great service and made the right choice sitting outside. Only one other table on outside deck, made for a peaceful and very enjoyable experience. Only drawback as others have mentioned is parking, but there is a public lot next to the beach out front. Not a far walk and beautiful area, so no big deal.

We searched online for a restaurant on/near Ocean City that could serve our online party of 17 outdoors. This popped up, the ratings were great, so we booked it for that night. It was FABULOUS! It isn't easy for 17 people to all agree that the food was delicious and that this was the best restaurant experience we had during our five-day vacation, but that's what happened. We will definitely be back next year when we return to the restaurant.

We waited 45 minutes beyond our reservation time on a busy Saturday night to be seated. Thankfully, our friends and the food made it worth the wait. My lone criticism was that the acoustics made it tough to hear across the table.

Cannot rave enough about this place. Delicious food and delightful staff.

Called today from across the street and the guy that answered the phone said they didn't open until 3pm but if we wanted, we could come on in anyway at 130 pm. I was a little concerned but also intrigued so we went for it and we were not disappointed. We were treated to a complimentary bruschetta that was delicious. Farming courses we had Lobster ravioli, bronzino end they even made homemade french fries and chicken fingers for my youngest son. Obviously since we were the only ones there the service was unbelievable. Raphael the owner stopped to make sure everything was perfect. And Alvi the server from Albania was one of the nicest people and I gave him a great respect for being here less than a year and learning how to speak two different languages. I can't wait to go back for dinner!

Just had an amazing meal. The fettuccine Buona Vita was to die for. My hub had the special lobster ravioli and it was fabulous. The fried calamari was crispy and delicious. We sat on the 2nd floor patio and our server was very pleasant. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Wonderful byob. Calamari was fresh and lightly breaded; not overly fried. Most shore restaurants seem to leave it forever in the fryer. Specials were amazing, and jersey tomato caprese was wonderful! Parking can be a little tricky in the summer and definitely make a reservation.

Food is consistently excellent. They take you on time with a reservation, which is made easily on the website. Only downside is that it is loud. Not sure how to fix that. Has become one of my favorite go-to places.

Top notch. Food was delicious. Priced were little high, but totally worth it. The atmosphere was so nice. We sat outside, even the weather was perfect.

Buona Vita serves up an immersive dining experience with top-notch service and a tastefully curated menu. Standouts include the veal, wonderfully tender and brimming with flavor, superbly paired with earthy mushrooms and a rich brown sauce - a culinary trio to remember.

However, it wasn't without its disappointments. Their "special" Caprese salad was a letdown. It seemed pre-prepared, with the ice-cold tomatoes contrasting jarringly against the other components, detracting from the overall freshness expected of the dish. Despite this hiccup, Buona Vita shines in other areas, delivering a comfortable ambiance and dishes of high quality. If you're planning a visit, do yourself a favor and choose the veal, pasta, and chicken, but I'd recommend skipping the Caprese salad.

An absolute treat for people who are looking for a portion of authentic Italian food. The view from the restaurant itself is splendid, and they have an upper and lower deck. The staff is fantastic, with genuine care and attentive towards the customers. Our hostess, Jona, was exceptionally caring. She recommended the best food to try and curated the menu for us like a 4-course meal. The clams and calamari were excellent, and Tiramisu is a definite try. The restaurant is BYOB, and they offer chilling if needed. The parking is plenty around the Marina, and the restaurant has a decent-sized lot.

The food was excellent. We had the branzino special and mussel/calamari linguine. I only wish they had their liquor license.
