I recently popped in the have my Masters Degree and two other certificates framed. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to pick out the absolutely perfect frames and matte. We had a nice conversation and he assured me he would have them done next week. Well he got them done in even shorter time, and the results were better than I could've imagined.

I have fond memories of my mom taking me into Ben Franklin to get toys or art supplies when I was a kid. I was always so fascinated by all the things they offer. That's why it was important to me to have my stuff framed there. Because I know how important it is to support small businesses. The chains will be fine. Shop on Main St- support local businesses.

They have a little bit if everything, and decent prices!

Walked in needing help with framing something large and was treated like I’m an idiot. I know very little about large frames or custom stuff and every question I asked was answered with sarcasm and again, like I was a little kid who knew nothing. I told him that I had never ordered anything large before and needed help. Needed 4 very large 36x48 frames done and walked out incredibly frustrated. Sorry but not the way someone should be treated. Will be using someone else.

Customer service is trash. Can't have simple conversations with perspective customers.

Had a very rude experience with the guy who rung me up he threw my card across the counter i wish i can give this store a zero just lost a customer.
