Best Western Plus Northwind Inn & Suites

Our room was absolute perfection! I'm a bit of a germaphobe but I've never seen a cleaner hotel (including the parking lot) and it was so quiet we couldn't believe there were other guests. The tub in our suite had plenty of room for us to enjoy a hot soak together while we watched a movie. The bed was super comfy. I have several dietary restrictions but found lots to eat at breakfast. The attendant was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the best staycation we've ever had and can't wait to come back soon!

I checked in for an expected 3 day Surgery, and then an unprecedented ice storm occurred. This property is stellar..in its management,(props to Jamie!) as well, from front desk attendants. "Elaina" and "Daniela," were most helpful..aiding me stay an additional 13 day extension..due to the ice storm. "Cole," ( frt desk,) was SUPERIOR, in his superb customer care. He most definitely, deserves awards/a raise! "Cole," aided customers though "panic attacks," calling EMS..then aided me..post-Surgery!! I hope the property sees this review..and accepts my enormous gratitude..for services, well done! Going back in April..after several stays there now..it's another " home." Thanks staff, for exemplary care!

I always enjoy my stay here. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed being able to use the jetted tub after my business meetings everyday.

One of the best Best Western I’ve stayed in. The hotel is very clean and the staffs are friendly. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. We booked the two bed-room suite and was very happy with the layout and how spacious everything was. Free coffee in the front lobby is a win.

I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. There was free breakfast but due to lack of staff, we received McDonald’s voucher for breakfast. Can’t say I can have that for 5 days straight. 😏

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean and as they should be.

Only down side is the parking lot is kinda small. Kinda hard to get in and our of it if you have a trailer or anything bigger than a suv.

This is the first time we've stayed at this particular Best Western. Everything about our stay was great. The lobby and front desk receptionist was wonderful and put a smile on our faces after a long day of driving. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is always a plus at hotels these days but this one was exceptional. There were lots of hot items to choose from. It was a great stay and one we will pick if we're ever in Portland again.

About 40 min from the PDX airport. Rooms super clean and ready when we arrived. Employees are super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I missed breakfast eith my family and they allowed my husband to take up a tray. I would 100% come back here again to stay.

I don't often review hotels from business trips, but this one deserved a 5 star review. The fitness center here was better than 90% of the other hotels I've stayed in the last 2 years. The in-room coffee was actually ENJOYABLE, and they offered half and half in the lobby so I didn't have to use the gross powdered stuff. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, housekeeping even hooked me up with extra coffee when I left them a note requesting an extra package. The cost of this room was also super reasonable, especially considering the peak travel time of the year. Ample parking, nice furnishings, great toiletries. All around a noteworthy business stay here.

Stay there Sunday thru Friday for another 2 months. Very friendly and clean. The owner doesn't want pets (understandable) but accepts service animals (begrudgingly). They used to give McDonalds vouchers for those of us that leave for work before breakfast...they may still...keep forgetting to ask. It's definately a comfortable place to stay.

From the time we checked in until we checked out, we had amazing service from the girls at the front desk. Were were unexpectedly snowed in for 3 days and they helped us feel comfortable and went out of their way to help us out.
The rooms were very well priced updated and clean.

We've been holding our family reunions here since 2013. The hotel is being kept in excellent condition. The rooms are very clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. The staff are really nice and do all they can to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and the breakfast, while nothing fancy there is a good selection of options. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to breakfast.

Everthing was great, except the heater in our room was noisy all night. No other issues. The am breakfast was very good. Ty@best Western plus North wind.

Great complimentary breakfast room that goes way beyond muffins and coffee! There's a waffle machine, 3 hot breakfast items are out each day, and cooked oatmeal some days. The rooms are contemporary, spacious and immaculate. Service is lovely. There's really no where else to stay right in the area, but this hotel is a great value and a truly nice place to stay all on its own. The location made it perfect for me.

This hotel was a lovely property with professional and awesome team members. From the front desk staff at all hours of the day to the housekeeping staff that was helpful at any moment during the morning hours.

Clean public areas and a great atmosphere during the holiday season. Staff was lovely towards my toddler who was loud and excited during our holiday travels..

The service desk were friendly, efficient and attentive. The rooms were nice, inviting, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable...which was such a pleasure due to my exhausting road trip. The breakfast selection was good. Plenty to chose from. We also took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. The kids really enjoyed it. It's been a great experience thus far.

Best hotel for our trip! Everything was nice from check in to check out. The rooms were perfect. The breakfast was by far the best that we ran into.
They said we would be getting a breakfast sandwich and a drink, turns out they were breakfast combos for Mcdonald's. I hope that dont change when the country is back to normal. That was special and made us feel real appreciated as customers.

The Best Western Plus Northwind Inn & Suites in Tigard, Oregon is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. I was there with 4 other members of my family and we had a 2 room suite with 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for us and the cleaning staff kept the rooms clean and stocked with the extra towels and other amenities that we needed . Also, the parking was convenient and free. The breakfast, which is included, was very good. They had staff working in the breakfast room that kept the room clean and the breakfast items stocked so we didn't have to wait for anything. Also, the staff at the desk was very professional, friendly and accommodating.

Very nice Best Western. Well maintained, easy to find, accommodating and helpful staff. lots of shopping & restaurants within walking distance, yet has a secluded feel. Our room was well designed, probably the nicest room we've ever had at a Best Western. My wife & I have stayed exclusively 3-4 times a year for the past 10 years only at Best Westerns because of all they offer. Obviously I highly recommend this 1, you won't be disappointed.
