Lovesac in Best Buy Mt Laurel

Our experience exceeded our expectations. We needed a couch to accommodate our family and pets, we needed it on budget and to last as well. After shopping around we realized Lovesac was actually affordable, especially when you consider the warranty, ease of cleaning, and compare all of the fees the other furniture companies add in. We have bad backs, and this couch provides the comfort and support we need. Our sales person was spot on with meeting our needs, efficiently giving us all the information we needed, and helping us quickly pick (we were on quite a time crunch with our busy daily lives). The experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We are virtually mini lovesac spokes people now, we love our sectional so much!

The Lovesac staff were extremely helpful and demonstrated all aspects of their products very well. My wife and I were looking to replace an old sectional coach arrangement and decided upon this product based upon the modularity options, product warranty, and quality to price factor over other options from Lazy-boy. We purchased the Lovesac Pillow and four piece Sactional.

Bryan made sure we ordered exactly the configuration we wanted and continued to monitor our order status and provide any assistance required, even after order delivery. Although we did not need assistance during the assembly and arrangement, he was readily available to assist.

If you are in the market for quality furniture, I definitely recommend considering the Lovesac products.

The team at the best buy were very helpful. Our biggest draw to this company was the customization and the ability to machine wash the covers for the couch. We love the product we received and can't wait to share it with company over at our place.

Tried 2 different Lovesac sacks, on display, at Best Buy in NJ. One was rounder and the other, the one we bought, was shaped more like a banana with an Ottoman foot stool. The rounder Lovesac didn't offer any head support, for watching TV, ie, so my wife and I decided the banana shaped Lovesac was a no brainer. We pulled the trigger and bought it. Cannot wait until it arrives because it's going to replace a, falling apart, Lazy Boy recliner. What better way to christen a chair than a chair that's called...LoveSac. Boom

Such a great experience from start to finish, we have nothing but great things to say. Januari and Gerald (hope the names are right, think that’s what’s on the card) were terrific! We certainly didn’t go to BestBuy to buy a couch but my son and I wandered over to the Lovesac showroom area out of curiosity because we’d seen the ads and thought their products looked comfy. The ads don’t do these products justice. They are so comfortable and the quality is top notch. I seriously believe that this will be the last sofa we purchase. The options are numerous and totally customizable. I love that we can add on or change things easily.

The customer service was top notch (and I’m very particular about quality service). Januari was so friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and super patient with our countless questions. What was best about this whole thing is that this was a no pressure experience. Seriously, no pressure! This is nothing like walking into a furniture store. Once we decided to buy she and Gerald worked to offer us discounts to help with the sting of the price tag. With 0% financing we left with a great deal. Cannot wait for our Sactional to arrive. I’m pretty sure we will be return customers for accessories and other products.

Jake was very professional and helpful in explaining the details of the Lovesac products, making it very easy for my wife in I to decide on our purchase.
