I mainly use them for dog baths. 15.99 per wash which includes shampoo and water. You have to bring own towel.

This was my first visit to Concord Pet and was very impressed by the amount of items they carry. The staff was awesome; very helpful. I will definitely go back.

best pet supply store ever! ive shopped with petsmart and petco for years and now im wondering why i wasted all my money with them. this store has free samples and so much healthier brands to choose from for your fur babies. definitely a business worth supporting :-) also thank you to whoever helped me tonight! 🖤

Concord pets has everything that I need for my much loved Lizzie. Great customer service and high quality supplies including clothing and other protection for pets in The great outdoors. The selection of food and treats is wide and all healthy. They are following safety precautions during covid-19. I am really glad that I found this pet boutique. It is absolutely a fantastic place to get everything you need for your beloved pet.

I love the "do it yourself" pet wash. They provide soap and high powered air dryer. They have alot of pet supplies .

New puppy so new customer for several months now. The manager Jamie is consistently welcoming, very knowledgeable about any topic of products that I inquire about. Excellent customer service and product options particularly food choices.

Luna wasn't super thrilled to be getting washed, but for us it was great! Nice staff, $10 for a wash and they give you shampoo and towels!!

Moorsetown locatiom*. Concord is awesome, they are always stocked with what my pups need, and have a diverse (and huge) inventory. The only downside is the price of toys- I bet they would double sales if they lowered the price. The exact same toys at other retailers for dollars less. What really makes this place is the staff, and for that, I will always but pet food/treats here- makes all the difference. They are always super friendly and helpful.

I have a cat that is a very picky eater. I wanted to find a good quality food that he would enjoy. After going to 4 or 5 other pet stores with no luck. I tried Concord. The manager (I’m sorry I forgot his name) was extremely helpful! Not only was he very knowledgeable. He spent the time to explain things and provided me with quite a few different samples. He also ordered the food my cat loves in the larger size bag. My third visit was just as great. My sales associate (again terrible with names) was just as helpful! He was very polite and walked the bags to the car for me! If you’re looking for great selection and a friendly environment. Than this is the place for you and your fur babies! I am a customer for life!

I love going to this store for all of our pets! The staff makes you feel like a friend and is always so helpful. They have an amazing variety of foods for cats and dogs but they don't forget about the little critters either ❤ Thank you!

This place has great sales a few times a year and carries all my picky cat's favorite foods. The staff are always helpful and nice too.

I love this place!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Daisy is particularly sweet. She always makes a big fuss over my dog Jesse. He loves going in and getting a bath in the self-grooming stations, which are clean and stocked with various grooming products. It's a very comfortable experience for me and my dog. The price is right too. If Jesse had thumbs, he'd give two up! 😀

This place has the friendliest staff, great selection, dog baths for public use, and every 10th bag of dog food you buy is free! They have top quality food for your pets. I never shop anywhere else for my pet's food.

Love this place. Always very helpful, but not pushy. They have also answered pretty much every question I've had, but if they didn't know and couldn't find an answer they were honest about it and didn't try to BS me. I drive 40 min past my closest pet store to go here.

Friendly & helpful. They'll carry heavy items to your car. More variety than any other pet store & more high end choices. Prices are much higher on toys & basic things though.

Amazing staff that truly love animals and it shows. The selection is great (lots of unique treats) and the store offers a much more pleasant shopping experience than the much larger chains. I’d recommend them to any pet owner.

I try to invest in my pups diet now so I don't have the foot the vet bill later. But most pet common pet stores don't carry a large selection, and my pup gets tired of the same flavors. This locally based store is awesome. They carry A LOT of high quality, local brands you can't find anywhere else. They also carry Acana and orijen two of the highest quality pet foods you can find. They have multiple freeze dried, air dried, raw, raw frozen, and fresh foods to choose from. The staff is super helpful and patient and are really knowledgeable. I'm happy I found them, tucked into the corner near pier one and shoprite!

Great dog food, toys and treat options here. Not like the other stores. Really high quality stuff. And you can bath your dogs. They accommodate Rescues for events and let us wash the dogs and puppies for free!!
