Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming

My husband and I visit Wag 'N' Wash all the time for our husky. Their self bath is awesome and they provide the shampoo, conditioner, and towels for you. They also have a dryer for you so you can dry your pet off. There isn't any heat to the dryer but it helps. They also have an amazing bakery with really good treats and price isn't that bad per pound for all natural baked doggy treats. The customer service here is excellent and I won't go to any other dog washing facility. They are also very clean every time I have come here with my husky. They deserve the 5 stars.

Great place. The self wash was a better experience then I expected. My puppy is still getting familiar with baths and groomers. It's a great stepping stone.

The best groomer! You can see everything through glass walls, and I have even gone back there with my dog. They do not cage the dogs, and they're done very quickly. 😊 We also get a lot of natural, healthy treats and supplements here!

It was our first time using Wag n' wash (It was too cold outside to bathe our pups outside)-- I wish I had tried it before it was so so easy! And our pups actually had a really good experience and didn't seem to mind it as much. We bought our own supplies and did the basic wash but they have lots of options
The best was no bathroom to clean up afterwards, and a pile of wet towels instead we were dry and had two happy clean dogs and they even got to pick out treats from the bakery before we left (they had lots of awesome treats and toys)

I just had an AMAZING first experience here today. I normally bathe my puppy at home but she was boarded overnight and I really missed her and wanted to have some fun. I passed this place the other day and decided to try it out.

Omg! I highly recommend this store to pet owners. I've never used a self-service dog wash before and always found it kind of extravagant, but omg I will be a regular customer now. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, and so helpful and patient. The dog wash was amazing!

The store provided the shampoo and conditioner (their own), towels, aprons, brushes, leave in conditioner and cologne! They clean up after you (a godsend for me, with a toddler, puppy, and three cats at home), provide free treats for wary dogs, and even have a dryer station. It was nice and empty when I went, which meant my puppy could be herself (read: typical lab) without me being embarrassed. They also didn't rush me or have a time limit at all. I loved it.

Their advice for their food (they carry great high-end brands and natural foods) was wonderfully helpful.

I never thought I could be this excited over a dog wash and store but I'm so thrilled I had to share. They deserve the five stars!

The dogs loved and devoured the cake. We were impressed and know to buy from here now!! Also was very pleased with how friendly and helpful Lauren was when we bought the cake. Will be back for sure

Love the treats and the self service bath!! The employees (especially Hailey) are so nice and personable! Would completely recommend everyone to go here. My pups never been so clean and happy :)

I have an older German Shepherd that I have to wash myself. The self-serving bathtub was a lot easier because of the ramp to get into. All the other spots that I go to have steep steps and tight turns so the dog cannot get into by himself. The ramp really helped because I have a bad back and cannot lift him up.

Came in for baked goodies for my dogs 4th birthday. Bought a birthday cake and the turkey loaf. Kind speedy service. Can't complain.

Lovely and helpful staff! The self wash is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Lovely selection of treats, toys, food toppers. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to bath their own dog without making a mess of their own bathroom.

I absolutely love my local WagN Wash!!! My boyfriend and I love to shop here for our fur-baby Jasper's healthy dog food, natural treats, and safe toys.

They have huge selection of treats, toys and food at a reasonable price. The bakery case is always full of fun treats and cakes. I've ordered my dog's birthday cake there as well as cupcakes and he absolutely loved it.

They have a self service dog wash that I've taken Jasper to, a couple of times. It's really nice.

The staff there are beyond helpful & friendly. They're like family to us.

The store is clean, well organized, and tidy in a way that most pet supply stores don't even try to be. This won't matter to most people, but if you are an HSP like I am, you'll appreciate the ability to focus on the products without being assaulted by smells and noise and too many things to look at. The store mostly sells high end dog food brands and their store-made baked dog treats, but there are also a few toys, leashes, and sweaters as well as vitamins and dental aids. In the back there is a grooming shop but i was there for dog food so I can't speak to that. The women working at the store were friendly and helpful. This store is a bit out of the way for me, but it was worth the few extra minutes drive.

This type of facility is a great alternative for those of us who don't have a convenient means to bathe our pets at home. Even if you simply don't want the mess of a wet, fur shaking, trying to escape dog in your bathroom, this is the place to take them. They have easy walk up ramps to get your pooch (or cat) into a raised stainless steel tub where you can secure your animal with an adjustable tether to keep them safe. Even with the most basic option they supply you with plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. They also offer no heat dryer where you can regulate the flow to adapt to your pets comfort level. The staff makes themselves available throughout your visit to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Where Wags N' Wash differs from other places like this is they offer a wonderful gourmet bakery and pet supplies for your fur babies at fairly reasonable prices. At the time of our visit, people were coming in just for their food products which are baked on site and fully organic. The smell from the freshly baked goodies is delicious and makes you hungry..lol. The overall concept and convenience of this place makes me want to look into getting my own franchise because unfortunately they are far and few between where I live.
I highly recommend this facility in particular.

First time here, the wash area is in a separate room from the main part of the store, which is a nice touch--more secure for the dogs, as it prevents them getting out of the store if one should jump out of a tub & try to make a break for it!

Stainless steel, walk-in tubs can be kept clean and sanitary, and the wash/rinse setup is ideal--set to "Suds", and the hose with its powerful yet gentle spray nozzle produces an correctly diluted mixture of shampoo and warm water so you can work the product well into the dog's coat and get down to her skin. After a good massaging of the shampoo into the dog's coat & skin with the rubber curry comb, flip the switch on the mixing unit to change over to the rinse function, and watch as the shampoo is flushed out of the process.

The drying stations are open again, after a long period of self-quarantine, and each individual bench is equipped with a forced-air dryer that works using medium- or high-speed WARM air, so there's no risk of accidentally burning or overheating the dog during the process. It would be a welcome addition if steps or a short ramp were available for those drying benches, for senior dogs or those with a disability who can't jump onto them without help, however.

All in all, I found both the shop and wash areas clean, as were the towels and grooming supplies. The basic wash price is quite reasonable, and I fully intend to return with my dogs. I think you'll be surprised!

This place is sooo convenient! They provide almost everything for the self-service dog wash. The towels, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer. They have it all! And, also, It can be a hassle to clean up after bathing your dog. You don’t even have to worry about that when you come here. Love that! 10/10 would recommend!

We have brought our pups for their nails. The staff is very friendly immediately upon walking in the door. Also, the groomer was fabulous with our pups, who had not been to a groomer under our care (we rescued both of them); she was patient and loving and treated them both as if they were her own dogs. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend this business.

This place is amazing, the self service dog wash makes my life so much easier! They treat your dog like it is one of their own. My pup loves their baked treats. Great prices and an amazing staff!

10/10! I used the self-wash for my year old husky and it was a great experience. The offers on the wash a great and I will continue to make the drive from Philly. They have a great selection of treats, cakes, food, etc. Friendly and very helpful staff and just a welcoming environment overall!

Best shop for any of your dogs needs! Owner is so welcoming & knowledgeable! When I bought dog food while 37 weeks pregnant, she even brought the food to the car for me! Self wash service is so convenient & their grooming is great too! 10/10 recommend!
