I’ve been a customer of AT&T my whole adult life and it started with my mother being employed there for 40 years. She’s retired now! Yay! I went in to this store to get a screen replacement for my iPhone 14 Pro. I had been waiting for about 5 minutes, when a young lady named Ahjanaè came and assisted me. Mind you the store was packed. She sat with me and explained to me how the warranty on my screen protector worked and how to best utilize it. I felt as though she listened to my concerns and assisted me. She was respectful, honest, patient and kind. I wish she ran all AT&T retail stores as a store manager because she is the real deal. I’ve been in a lot of AT&T retail stores, but I’ve never ran into an AT&T employee that has come close to the apex of customer service that was demonstrated by Ahjanaè. I 100/10 recommend her to any customer that visits this store. Thank you Anjanaè and thank you AT&T for having an excellent employee to represent this company that I love!

Had a great experience with AT & T. Having been with Verizon for over 20 years, they've been making wireless plans unaffordable & just didn't seem concerned about losing clients.. My rep, Asia at AT& T gave me the best plan for my needs and was so helpful. I am so thankful that I took the chance and transferred to A T & T ! After going through hell with Verizon, I finally found my new home with A T &T . Thank you Asia, you're the best !

Overall experience 5 Stars. I’ve worked with Jordan, Tom & Jenna for the two days I came to the store. All employees worked together and displayed excellent customer service. They each made sure I got the best new service plan possible for my 3 lines! I’ve had a horrible experience dealing with another phone company and was hesitant going FirstNet/AT&T but these three employee clearly cares more about customer satisfaction than making sales quota! I was extremely happy with my overall experience. Also the rest of the employees and managers who were present that I didn’t work with also displayed great customer service by checking on me as I waited! Great Job Team

Jenna D was our sales rep and she was very transparent, and honest the entire time. I previously had Sprint and wanted to just see what my options are if I were to switch over to AT&T. She didn’t try to sell me anything, or convince me. She simply told me my options and made the switch VERY simple. She told me everything I’ll need to know moving forward, she was honest about the fees with my old cell phone company as well. She has awesome customer service skills and didn’t mind having a conversation in between transferring my service over. I highly recommend seeing Jenna D if you need anything regarding AT&T.

BEYOND PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE…. Jordan, Julian, Donte, and Jenna worked overtime to get my sister and I all the discounts and promotions we qualified for. They honestly put their customers first best customer service I have ever receive they do not receive enough credit …. They made my entire family comfortable and welcomed I loved my experience here today 5 stars are honestly not enough !!!

Robert Lee was great servicing my phone. The agent that I spoke to over the phone mixed the phones up. Robert was able to figure out what Jake did wrong and he corrected the problem. Robert should be the employee of the month, he always services clients with a smile and his undivided attention 😊😊
