DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I'll put it this way. Cherry Hill. Willow Grove. King of Prussia. Plymouth Meeting. And all of the other local DSW have been gifted with my purchases....frequently. I'm telling you. I HAVE a problem. Great shoes at great prices.

I went in to exchange shoes, and the process was smooth. The shelves were stocked and organized.

Although, I paid for expedited shipping and it's been almost 2 weeks since I've received my new shoes. Not this specific stores fault tho.

Eliyah is a wonderful employee at the Cherry Hill DSW. She went out of her way to help my mother find two pairs of shoes she liked for work. There werent any in her size, so Eliyah looked up the information and filled out slips so my mother could order them.

I had a wonderful experience at this location with the young lady who rang up my items. She processed my coupon & we had small good conversation. I'll be back again with my coupon & good vibe.

I actually use to work for DSW. I can affirm from personal experience they work really hard for their customers. This store is well stocked, has kids shoes, and helpful staff.

It was a pleasure shopping in this store. A staff member greater me today and was very helpful. This staff member was very busy today. I hat goes off to her. She helped me find the sneakers that I have been seeking. Thank you DSW SHOE STORE CHERRY HILL NEW JERSEY.

I'm willing to drive to NJ for this DSW. I love them in general but this store has a very good men's section.

Justin was awesome this morning. I appreciate him advocating for me when dealing with customer service. Unfortunately I did not get the sales associate’s name but she was great as well! Both made a frustrating situation less frustrating and both were very accommodating~ Ms. Justice

Wish I could remember the name of the woman on the floor & the cashier who took care of me. Both were beyond helpful badasses!💯 Disappointed there were no Merrell hikers but they're obviously not a big seller at that particular store. Customer service made up for any disappointment. Thanks ladies!

This is easily one of my favorite places to shop for shoes! Staff is courteous and helpful. Must absolutely try on shoes before buying them...but that is part of the fun! Good sales on many designers selections!

Bought two pair of Bear Paw boots. One for my wife, the other for my daughter. Excellent quality. Everyone was helpful.

Great selection and prices are fair. They partnered with Afterpay now which is nice when you don't want to spend a ton upfront but you can still get your shoes right away.

Maaaaaan, when I tell you I just got a DEAL!!!!! And the cashier was super sweet and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name, but he is at DSW Cherry Hill and has curly hair.

I got a really cool pair of funky boots that I paid way too much for, but I really wanted them!! They had a large selection.

Found a great pair of Clark's heals in
a wide size with kitten heals! My new go to wedding shoes.

Alyssa in Cherry Hill was absolutely awesome!! You need to bottle up how she provided customer service and teach everyone else how to be like that!

Fair prices and nice staff. The store is really big and I always find what I need (and also what I don't need and ended up buying it 😂)

They've got a great clearance sale going on right now and they are keeping the store very clean
