I’ve been coming to Tip Top Nails for years and John does a fabulous job every single time with my manicure and pedicure. Ana, John, and everyone who works here are like family at this point.

After trying JR, Iris Nails..almost every salon, I finally found TIP TOP!!!!! I felt very welcomed and had conversation that was both way!!!, they are gentle, fun and are familiar with all the new trends! No more nails popping off! no more smelly boring salons! TipTop is family owned since 1999! They are VERY affordable and I can't say enough! 5 stars! Tell em CHARLIE SENT YAH!!!!

Consistency matters to me at a nail salon that is why I enjoy going to this salon. They are professional, I usually do not have to wait very long, and this salon offers all of the latest gel manicure colors. The waxing station is private and they listen when I ask for just a tiny bit off of my eyebrows. They have never taken off too much; they just clean up the line.

I had a very nice first visit here. I made a 10am appointment for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I showed up about 10 minutes early and I was kindly greeted by Anna(the owner) and a few other employees.
They showed me the large assortment of gel colors to choose from and lead me to my pedicure station. The seat was clean and organized. I loved that they used disposable liners for the foot bath.
Penny is the technician that I worked with today and she was wonderful. Very quiet but after chatting a little I found she doesn’t know much English yet. None the less, I absolutely love my nails and toes! She did amazing and they look fabulous. I can’t wait to go back again!

I am a firm believer in Google reviews and very glad I found this little spot tucked away in Medford, just 10 minutes from my office. I got a gel manicure and the woman who did my nails was great! She said they don't really go by names but by numbers so if you're looking for a great manicure make sure you go to chair number 6!

Had an appointment with Anna; the place is lovely, smells great, and I was greeted promptly on time. Anna is a kind professional! She listened to what I needed done with my nails and delivered perfectly. I got a combo of gel and dip powder that came out well. The salon is quiet and calm. Everyone is polite! I really recommend it. It will be my go to for when I am in town. The prices are affordable and the polish selection is great. Happy New Year, Tip Top Nails and thank you.

I went here today for the first time. I got a pedicure and dip powder. Anna was super nice and friendly. My nails look great and were shaped well. The salon itself was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. No loud obnoxious TVs, just nice spa music. They took me right on time for my appointment and I did not have to wait. I will definitely be back and planning on making this my regular salon.

Amazing salon! My Mom has been going here since they opened many years ago and whenever I am in town, I make sure to make an appointment. Great service and great quality!

I enjoy going here for my manis and pedis. I normally see John, but everyone is great and so nice. I've never had to wait or had an issue. I love the spa pedicure and look forward to my bi weekly pedicures.

if youre looking for acrylics - go here!!! prices are incredible given the amount of care they put into your nails, lovely staff and the inside is very clean and welcoming. lots of gel colors too :)

Anna is amazing! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Very clean establishment. My nails turned out amazing and I would recommend Tip Top Nails to anyone ! I will definitely be returning :)

FINALLY! found a place that's clean! Many times I go to nail salons and I see that they are removing their gloves and setting them aside, Then while I'm drying my nails, I will see them reuse the gloves, disgusting

I went to buy a gift certificate and the technician who helped me was very sweet.
Plenty of parking.
