We searched on line and found a vehicle we thought we liked. Turns out we didnt love it but our salesman Mike asked us what we liked and didnt like. Then he said he had a vehicle he felt would meet our needs and wants. And it did. Mike made the entire buying process easy and painless. After purchasing our new vehicle Mike went over the entire car with us and showed us how to use every feature to its fullest. Just a great experience all the way around. I will definitely go back to Mike next time we need a new vehicle.

Kelly Buick went out of their way to find an Ocean Blue Buick Oncore from another dealer because that’s the only color car I wanted. Our salesman, Michael Yeager, was the best! He explained everything to us about our new car. Nothing but positive things to say about the service department at Kelly. While on a trip 100 miles from home my new to me truck started giving me issues. Called multiple dealers and Kelly was able to get me in same day. After diagnosing for a few hours and talking with the service manager it was decided it wasn’t a good idea to continue the trip with the truck. The entire time they were transparent with the issues and were constantly giving me updates. At the end we had to Uber to our final destination and the receptionist even helped unload my truck full of ski gear into an Uber. The following day I had a tow truck come to get the truck and deliver it back to the dealer I purchased it from. Overall great experience and fantastic to deal with given the horrible circumstances.
