AT&T Store

I’m regretful that I didn’t think to get the names of the two employees who assisted me but I have had consecutive awesome encounters at this location recently, both in purchasing a new iPhone (quickest, most painless experience with this process in my 25ish years of cellphone purchasing—everyone knows how tedious switching over can be) and in turning in my old one today, 2 weeks later after I’d ensured all my passwords, etc were working properly on the new one. That employee was able to honor a birthday coupon I’d received from AT&T despite the computer failing to recognize it. Both employees were friendly, relaxed and clearly understood the value of my time. This will be my go-to location from now on!

I would like to acknowledge your employee Alexander. He was professional, friendly and patient with all my questions. I am a bit older (boomer gen) and was grateful for his time in explaining and answering my questions. I will certainly recommend him by name if anyone asks me about your company. It was a pleasure.

I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store! I was trying to switch phone plans and purchase new phones in a very short amount of time. I was in and out of the store within an hour with all of my questions answered and phone needs met. Gino was very knowledgeable, super personable, and professional during the whole drop in appointment. Pedro did an excellent job putting on a screen protector and was also very friendly and welcoming. I would go back to this store in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this store and services for any phone or wireless need you have!

We received immediate assistance at the AT&T store on Lehigh Street, Allentown. The employee listened carefully to our needs and chose new phones for each of us that reflected those needs. We both are very happy with our new phones.

My husband and I needed to upgrade our phones recently. Kathleen helped us and she is absolutely the greatest! She is totally awesome! She got us the best deals and when the bill came we had issues and she straightened it all out. We strongly recommend the Lehigh St. Location.

First dealt with this location 3 years ago or more when a competitor was giving me terrible service and I finally decided to switch.
This past friday I needed to get off the plan I was sharing with someone else and start my own one and since my phone was 3+ years old went for the promotion for the upgrade on the galaxy s22. "Q" was excellent! He was friendly, knowledgeable, great customer service..he made the whole experience fast & easy.
He deserves a raise!
The only thing is they need more help in peak hours.
He was only one working on a busy weekend day in mid afternoon.
There were people in front of me when I came in 3 or 4.
When he got to me, he was polite and apologized for the wait. When he was in process of helping me his help showed up. I also in customer service myself so I understand about the waiting sometimes.
Thankyou for the great experience at&t! Repeat customer & plan to be a customer for life.

This was by far best store I've been too. I came in to get my son a line and a new phone. Gino assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. He interacted with me and my son and I loved that. I decided to switch to an iPhone from an android and he made the transition super smooth. Unfortunately, I was not head over heels for the iPhone and decided to switch back. I went to a few other stores that were closer to home but got discouraged with the lack of customer service. I decided to go back to the Lehigh street location. Pedro remembered me from the day before and he was so great with getting me back into the new samsung. He was busy but still found the time to greet every customer and reassured everyone. That was amazing customer service. I must say these two gentlemen at this location are a great asset to this company. I will continue to come to this location for all my needs.

Colleen was extremely helpful! She was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on all the products and services. She even went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't overpaying. I honestly was going to just price out some new options but because of how awesome she was I really didn’t have any reason to think on it. I was very grateful to have her help the other day. The other staff members are absolutely awesome and so friendly! everyone was so courteous with social distancing, they took the time to disinfect multiple times while I saw others come and go. and wearing masks but still very welcoming and joining in on conversation across the room. Honestly they made it feel like it was any normal day. And I felt very safe! I refuse to go to any other location, even though I moved and have one 5min from me I prefer to drive farther to this exact location it’s worth it. and I will stay with AT&T for many more years! Thank you!

Gino was awesome. I had an issue adding a line online and decided to call the store. Gino invited me down and he was very helpful and reviewed my plan with me to make sure I had everything covered. He took a good amount of time with me and I knew he was very busy. He was informative, helpful and pleasant. Thank you Gino for a great experience!

The customer service here is excellent. My rep went the extra mile to get my name off of one account, to create my own with my wife. My wife picked a phone out, and I liked it, so I got a new phone too. The elite plan is great, the pricing was easily structured and, I have options for upgrade in the future. I'm satisfied with my purchase, and will point my friends in the direction of this particular store when they're in need of new phones or accessories. Went into the AT&T store on Lehigh St. Pedro was the one who helped me add a new line to my plan. He was extremely helpful and made the process very easy and unstressful. I highly recommend if you are looking to join AT&T,or do anything with your account to go into the store and see Pedro. He is also extremely polite and a super cool person.

My wife and I upgraded our phones yesterday. Manager Cody and Greg were SO helpful and made a normally tedious process so much better than I thought it would be! These guys were great, so friendly and helpful!

Went in today to upgrade from an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Q and Pedro has done excellent work with helping us through the process of upgrading. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my upgrade. Highly recommend!!!!

Pedro was very professional and had amazing people skills. He was able to multi-task and kept all customers engaged. I came from Verizon Wireless and Pedro made me a huge believer in AT&T. I highly recommend AT&T and Pedro.

Shantell was great! She fixed our sim card issue. She knew exactly how to help. She didn't mind staying after the store hours to help us fix our problem. James was very nice too. Super nice employees! refreshing to have upbeat young staff with great work ethic!
