Purchased a leather sofa and pull-out sleeper for chair last week from Kathleen. She was great. No pressure, patient, and helpful. The sofa went on sale before it was delivered so I also received a refund for the difference. Delivery was flawless, well communicated, on time, and the delivery guys were thorough, professional, and quick. Furniture looks and feels great. I'm very pleased.

Could not have been happier with our experience - from being greeted by the store mgr, Tory, upon arriving & then arranging our purchase with Ms. Gordon, our salesperson, who was truly a pleasure from beginning to end - --the delivery was punctual with great communication beforehand & we love the furniture - 5 stars!

We had a great experience working with Benny at the Marlton outlet. He was there to answer questions, help us get the best price, was organized but was not pushy. Delivery was scheduled within 3 days and was punctual. Having a link to updates on the delivery ETA was very helpful and the team was efficient and thorough. Highly recommend!

Dennis helped me make the right decision on a new bedroom set. I came back the next day and had help from Benny to find me the right mattress. So far I’m very pleased with my new set. These are staff that really care about their customers, not pushy, and very understanding of trying to find a price within my budget, but still high quality. Also have to give credit to the delivery guys who were amazing and worked very efficiently. Moved all the new and old furniture in and out of the house within 15 minutes! I am very satisfied with my experience with Raymour and Flanigan. I will be back in the future!!

We recently purchased a living room set. The associate was very helpful. She listened to the type of furniture we were looking for and directed us to their inventory. She gave us space to look around. We are unable to post a picture of our purchase because we won't be ready for the furniture for another week. We have purchased furniture from Raymour and Flanigan through the years. We have been satisfied each time.

We went to the Marlton store to look for a loveseat and Kathleen Gordon helped us out - she approached us immediately and asked us what we were looking for, helped us find something that actually suited us, and worked to get us a good price on the protection plans etc.
Gary Wallace also helped check us out and set up our delivery for the best price. Super satisfied with the service and the couch set we found!

Great things to sale but the sales staff leaves a lot to be desired when we arrived at the store too many staff standing around no one wanted to assist or sale. Our sales person was excellent and he gets 4 star. Hold staff sales people accountable and get them to be nice and sale. Great store and merchandise

Quick in, test, and purchase. Easy. Delivery in 2 business days. Dale Price was better than $100 of sticker. Will be back again

The staff, especially Dennis, was great to work with. They showed me all the options and allowed me to take my time in choosing, which made for an enjoyable experience.

We just ordered our furniture last night. The salesman was very nice. He left us walking around by ourselves. Wasn't pushy. Just checking to see if we were ok, or offered us a bottle of water. That really helped. This way the husband & I could talk amongst ourselves & make decisions alone. Thank you Dennis.
