Pandora Jewelry

So we ordered 5 charms online and a necklace and had to pick another charm up in person. All gifts for our daughter 30th Birthday. Orders on line didn't come in a box as a gift especially around the holidays. So I came in got the charm and paid for a few boxes for our daughter gifts. The young lady was helpful on explaining the online ordering, and was polite and kind. I appreciate your kindness and for teaching me a few things. Which is good to know about how things work at Pandora. It was a beautiful gift from our Granddaughters to their Aunt Tracy.

Thank you to Jessica Z! She was super sweet and took her time showing me a variety of jewelry. Conversation was great. She was so patient with me - I can be pretty indecisive! She made great suggestions too! I came in wanting a ring, bracelet, and a charm. I ended up leaving with two rings, a bracelet, and a charm that I love!! Thank you!

Friendly staff, very helpful. Told them exactly what pieces I was looking for, and they were able to pull them out for me. Purchase and payment were quick and easy. Erin also wrapped my charms with care and made the package look beautiful.

Two years ago I wrote this, "Awesome staff that makes shopping more fun!" But they are so much more than just awesome. I've been to many Pandora stores and after I found this store, I do not shop at any other! The staff is phenomenal; they are 100% of the time knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond, even helped me find items that they didn't have in their store. It's jewelry...if it's well loved (aka worn), especially if someone sleeps wearing their jewelry, it may break. The store was even helpful in finding a jeweler who could repair my daughter's limited edition necklace. I read a few reviews here that complain about the store not replacing a lost item. My daughter and I have both lost charms after we left the store. What other store replaced items you've lost after you left the store? Every one of my Pandora bracelets has 2 clips on them, I have yet to have one pop off but if it happened, I would be upset but it's not the store or company's fault. I would vouch for the quality of their product and the helpfulness of the staff a million times over. If you are looking for affordable jewelry and a pleasant shopping experience, this is the place to shop!

Sales professionals were kind and friendly. The store had a lot to choose from and I was surprised at the huge collection of marvel hero charms. I definitely am making this my Pandora store.

This store is pretty damn good. Staff is always friendly and always makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The one associate Isabella is amazing as well. Very pretty, cute, and always makes sure you are satisfied with your purchases. A 10/10 experience every time.

I went in to pick up an online order and ended up buying more things. Naomi was very attentive and helpful. I took the trip from Philly and highly recommend and would do it again. When you get there make sure you ask for Naomi!

It was my first time getting a Pandora bracelet. My experience was awesome. Staff was very helpful with the different charms to pic. Gabriel helped me an he was friendly. An so was his manager they both were awesome. I will definitely return

The Pandora in Marlton is by far the best shopping experience I have ever had. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful! When you walk in the store you immediately feel part of the Pandora family. This is my go to place and would recommend this store and staff over and over again!

Nice place, I was greeted at the door and the sales associate was very helpful and explained the warranty and the reasoning for sizing my bracelet.
