Dr. Frederick W. Jones, MD

Dr Jones has been our sons' pediatrician since they were born and he is phenomenal! He never rushes us out of the check up and is very thorough. If he is not sure of an answer to one of our questions, he tries everything in his power to make sure he gets us the right information. Our family would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Jones has now been all three of my kids' pediatrician and we have always had a wonderful experience. He is kind and gentle while he answers questions and tries to make sure my family is comfortable as well as informed.

You can tell hes been working in pediatrics for a long time, instinct wise, experience wise, and education wise. Very protective but layed back. The perfect person for all of my 4 of my children.

Great doctor for my children!

Very bad experience with this Doctor, my daughter was a 1st time mother, ask to speak with her baby’s Doctor and he would not give her a minute of his time to meet the new parents and shared their concerns, as a grandmother I was very disappointed of the care given to my Grand-baby by this physician if he ever checked on my Grand-baby at all. Again, never saw him and ignored my daughter’s requests to speak with him, he totally needs to retired or get some customer service classes.

Im giving a one because it wouldn't give me the option to put zero.
We are new to North Dakota and scheduled an appointment for our infant daughter with Dr Jones. When Dr Jones finally saw us he was very rude and refused to answer any of the questions we had. When we mentioned our concerns to him, his response was "Well what are you gonna do, right?" like he really couldn't care less and pretty much it was my problem. His staff was just as rude and unhelpful as he was and now I can understand why. I seriously don't understand why people like him would choose to go into this profession if they are not going show any regard for their patients.

Needless to say we will be going with another pediatrician for our daughter and if I can give anyone advise about this doctor, it is DONT GO! Choose someone who cares about their patients and will take time to answer your questions and address your concerns.

Originally had an appointment for my 2 girls scheduled at 9am, received a call saying he would not be in that early and that we would be his first appointment of the day at 10am instead. And here we are over an hour after our scheduled time, only to find out that he went to someone who was scheduled after us first!!!
