What a difference from traditional jewelry stores. The atmosphere was friendly and family-like. They opened their doors for me after hours, sized my opal ring beautifully and on my way out even offered me a piece of pizza!. All round A+ experience.

Unbelievable experience working with everyone at DeSimone, the staff was so helpful and not pushy at all. They helped me find the best option for the price I was looking for, explained everything so easily especially with this being the first piece of jewelry I bought. Love that they will also be able to assist with fitting the ring in the future if needed, as well as be able to find the wedding band when the time comes. These guys are amazing, the custom made craftsmanship is incredible on my fiancée's ring, absolutely beautiful work. They worked with my budget and while everyone says it, I really was treated like a member of the family. They made the whole process stress free, and educated me along the way.

2020: This little jewelry store is amazing and has the best family working there. Seriously, you’ve found a really special place and I cannot recommend them enough. I bought my wife’s custom-made engagement ring here on the advice of a friend, who also purchased his custom ring here. Let me tell you, their customer service is second to NONE. I was treated like family every time I walked in here and every time I had a question or concern I was heard.

This is so much better than ordering online since you get to support a local business, have lifetime service, the ability to speak with a real person, an actual brick and mortar location, the list goes on and on. After a few months of being married, we stopped by to have her ring cleaned and slightly resized. They were so great and bent over backwards to make sure we felt special and appreciated as customers. My wife was very impressed. If they can, they will customize, clean or resize your jewelry while you wait or browse around the shops in the area.

If you need a special piece of jewelry for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or just because, I highly recommend this little store. I will be purchasing all my future serious jewelry here because of their atmosphere and service. Thank you DeSimone, you guys are the best!

DeSimone is the place everyone should go to for any jewelry needs. My fiancé and I got engaged in the beginning of December 2021 and every step of the journey was handled perfectly by the DeSimone family. Everyone who works there is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and it is evident that they truly just want to give each person/couple exactly what they want for the best price they can offer.

We looked at engagement rings prior to finding DeSimone and the differences between the two experiences were night and day. It was so clear to us that the workers at DeSimone are much more knowledgeable than other jewelers and they also make you feel understood and like you are getting a fair price because everything is laid out perfectly in front of you and there are never any surprises.

In our experience, DeSimone went above and beyond (the details still have not been 100% revealed to me) to make my engagement become the best day of my life. DeSimone did everything they could to ensure my ring was perfect and ready to go the day of our engagement and I could not be more impressed with the result. We have already referred a couple who is our best friends to DeSimone for their engagement ring, and we will continue to recommend this place to anyone we know.

GORGEOUS RINGS! DeSimone's created the perfect wedding rings for my husband and me. They spent hours with my fiance looking through diamonds until he found the perfect one. As an out of town couple, they worked with our schedule and coordinated with us over email and phone. We highly recommend!

A little delayed on this review as it has been a bit busy around the holidays. But if I could give more than 5 stars I would! The team at DeSimone was excellent from beginning to end. I had an aggressive timeline for the engage ring I was purchasing and Will said he would absolutely make it happen and the team did just that! My fiancé couldn't be happier with her ring and we look forward to going back for our bands. What I appreciate most of the experience is it never felt rushed or pressured. I know the team at DeSimones has some high level clientele but I felt as if I received the same level of customer service as anyone which I truly appreciate. DeSimone is the real deal! My husband and I bought my engagement and our wedding rings from DeSimone in 2013. They care for you as a customer every step of the way. I no longer live in the area, but I always make a stop into their shop when I am in town for a ring check-up and cleaning. I get the same great service every time. They remember your name and care deeply about their craft and their customers. They are delighted to serve you.

Will and his family were so great to work with from start to finish. We visited them first to look at diamonds, and he walked us through the diamond types and certification process. He was transparent to me about pricing and helped us determine the perfect size/shape for my fiancé’s finger. They could not have been more hospitable and educational. Once they designed the ring, they sent me mock-ups and were accommodating of the changes I requested. Will and the guys are some of the best around. I was referred to them by a co-worker and was able to learn everything I needed to know about engagement rings in about 30 minutes. Will even took the time to walk me through the entire design process.
