I’m so glad that Hung Vuong Market open in New Jersey. There aren’t many Asian supermarket in southern NJ and this place have it all. Asian cuisine and cultural cooking require so many ingredients and spice that can’t be found in your typical supermarket. This market have the freshest seafood for good price. This is our go to spot to buy snow crab by the case and quality crawfish. Boxes of shrimps are high quality as well. They have all the awesome Asian snacks we all love as kids. The best thing about this market is the organization and cleanliness. Lots of pop up new Asian eatery in the plaza. Sunseng supermarket have a bit more items that Hung Vuong doesn’t carry but I’ve notice that they are starting to increase their inventory with more top name brands. The toys section is worth a visit for kids.

This place has an amazing variety of fruits, vegetables and foods. The staff is also very helpful. There were a couple of items that I had trouble finding. When I asked for help, it was all hands on deck to assist me in finding what I was looking for, even if we didn’t speak the same language. I highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful, clean, gigantic store that has just about anything you can think of for Southeast Asian cooking, particularly Vietnamese and Cambodian. But they also have a huge stock of Chinese ingredients, Thai, Filipino, a lot of Korean and some Japanese. Even though we were there a week before Tet (Lunar New Year), the store is so spacious that it never felt crowded. They have the widest selection of tropical fruits and vegetables I have even seen in an Asian market in NJ. Their frozen section has tons of vegan meats, and I think there are 3 or 4 aisles of noodles. I was happily surprised to find Japanese style short grain (not sticky) rice from Taiwan, which I have only been able to buy online. They even sell the old fashioned hot pots (and the modern ones). And their prices are better than my usual Asian markets in central Jersey. I will be making an annual trip here to stock up on some essentials I can’t get anywhere else. And the people who work in this store are helpful and kind. (i don’t eat animal products so I don’t know anything about those departments). No bad smells in this store and it is well stocked (soy sauce selection alone is mind blowing). I wish they would open a store near me!

Love this place. Seemed like every store was sold out of rosemary right before Thanksgiving. Not here. They had tons. Produce is always fresh.

I've been shopping here for about 3 years now. There is now a Hung Vuong closer to me, but they don't have Taste Nirvana Thai Iced Tea, so I still go to this one when I'm in the area. There is a nice selection of foods and goods from various Asian countries. Lots of good spices, snacks, drinks, fresh seafood and produce. Today, we got one of the pink pineapples. In addition to food, there are home goods, toys and cute stuff for kids, etc. My daughter got an adorable tote bag with one of the characters she likes on it.

One of the best Asian supermarkets in New Jersey. They have everything 99 ranch, kam mun or Asian food market have but lots more. The prices are very competitive and they have a club card too.

This store is fantastic. There is a great array of fresh produce, meats and a large variety of foods. It has your typical staples, along with plenty of specialty items. I was amazed by the tea selection, a great range including pu-erhs. There is also a wonderful section of children's toys, housewares and cooking supplies. The atmosphere is so joyful, I felt so happy just walking through the store. I am excited to return again soon.

Great selection of products! Love these honey pomelos and other fruits and veg not easy to find elsewhere.

Found this place while searching on Google maps for an Asian grocer and decided to stop here since we were in the area. Lots and lots of options available. Loaded up out cart! We will definitely be back when we are back in the neighborhood.

This is the best asian supermarket in my area. I recommend to anyone wishing to cook Chinese style dishes. The shining star is their vegetable selection. Extremely clean and has everything you need. Plus the shopping center it's in has great shops like boba and dim sum.

The store is always clean. The employees are welcoming and the little restaurant in the back is amazing. The food is fresh and delicious. I love coming here for kimchi, snacks, lunch break, beef, noodles and more. This is my favorite Asian market around!!!

Excellent variety of high-quality groceries and foods. The food court in the back has some great options for a quick meal while you're shopping as well. The store is clean and nicely decorated.

Amazing experience in an Asian food market. A multitude of eclectic produce fish meats textiles spices etc. I wish I knew what everything was. It was an extraordinary peek into foods that I would never see otherwise. Plenty of American products on display as well.

I needed some help with getting some things for dim sum and a very nice man had no problem helping me. I really enjoyed shopping and told everyone I know how much I like it at this store. Can't wait to go back.

I've only been here once but was impressed how clean it was compared to other Asian markets. The fruits and vegetables were very fresh and very sweet. I was able to find everything I needed for my Asian food and also some things that I needed for other stuff that weren't asian. This was a really great store. I felt comfortable.I feel like I was getting quality produce and products. I highly recommend this store to anyone having issues finding what they need to make their Asian meals.

Hung Vuong is Asian grocery heaven , not only packaged imports and beverages from China, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, and Japan, but also live seafood, and meat butchers offering custom cuts and cleaning of fish. Our favorite is frozen yellow croakers in 2-4 lb. boxes. If you have a big dog, fresh beef bones. Fresh water chestnuts and green onions for making dumplings. Lots of fresh and dried noodles, kimchee, and pumelos during new years season. Cashiers are friendly and helpful.

This market had everything we wanted for out different Asian meals we enjoy. For Latino/a/x folks looking for our traditional produce, it’s here. They had banana leaves for making pasteles. Reasonably priced and you’ll leave with lots of good stuff. Recommend highly.
