Inkwood Books

I was thrilled to find an independent bookstore without having to go to Philly. I've been there several times and each time I've gotten a few books that turned out to be excellent, by authors i wasn't familiar with.

The staff is friendly and not intrusive- they don't interrupt my quiet perusing, but are available if needed.

Great little bookstore. Very neat, clean, and well-maintained. Plenty of options for all ages. A few small gifts beyond books, and lovely little reading areas to test drive the offerings. Located along the main shopping district of the quaint town of Haddonfield, NJ. If you love books, it’s worth a look.

Love this little book store and you can always order online for stuff they don't have and still support a local business.

Nice bookstore, well organized and they do a good job showing you to books you might like. I was buying a gift and was able to tell them a couple other books that he liked, then the clerk made a recommendation. Still not sure if he'll like it (haven't given it to him yet) but the staff was knowledgable and helpful, so they did all they could!

Julie, Jenn, and all the Inkwood Books folks are friends and a treasure to this community. Inkwood Books has what the kids need for school and what the grownups need to relax, learn, or escape. If the book is not on the shelf it is two days away when ordered. That's just the start.

Inkwood Books has lots of fun with parties to introduce new books, book clubs, author talks, and more. Jenn's artwork is available for purchase and compliments the book selection well.

Julie has shared her space to have author and entrepreneur Robin Chase "Peers Inc" speak at my request and allowed my daughter's business "Seashore Smoothies" to host Smoothie Days after school. I'm personally grateful to have Inkwood as part of the fabric of downtown Haddonfield.

For all your book lovers out there, this bookstore is a great place to stop if you’re strolling down the main strip in Haddonfield. Great collection of books that includes local writers. Cute shop with great vibe.

A neighborhood gem and a community hub, they have a well-curated selection of new books, from the latest to classics. A wonderful bright store with friendly staff and a lively event calendar.

Sneaky amount of books in stock for what you'd expect based on store size. Very helpful staff!

This is one of my all-time favorite bookstores. It's a very well curated collection of books in all the major genres. The children's section is fantastic, covering all the age groups. Inkwood also carries small gifts, mugs, notebooks, journals, book bags, book plates and more. It is definitely worth stopping by - as often as possible!

So grateful to have this independent bookseller to get great reads from. If it's not in store, they can probably still order it for you.

Excellent, neat bookstore. I haven't been to their new store location but even in the previous location (which was smaller, I believe) they had an incredibly impressive selection and were always willing to help find a book if they didn't have it in stock.

I bought a number of books during the early months of the pandemic and the pricing, shipping, and timing of all deliveries were very impressive. Love being able to shop at a local spot and support the team at Inkwood Books!

One of the best places ever, my son (and the whole family) loves it there. They don't get annoyed when we just sit in the back play toys and read books to him. It is a very family friendly place great book selection. Our son calls it the library and the staff is amazing with him. They have my business for life.

Inkwood is a great local store. They have a large selection of books and a very cozy environment. If you are looking for a book they don’t carry, they can easily order it for you. I enjoy their monthly staff picks and season themed suggestions.

We're so lucky to have this incredibly stocked independent bookstore in our neighborhood! Julie had every book on my list, and she recommended a few more that I can't wait to start reading. I'll keep going again and again.

More than a bookstore: It's the people at Inkwood, and their commitment to the community, that makes this treasure trove of pages so special.

This is by FAR my favorite bookshop! I love the recommendations from the staff and I've always been able to find the book I need. The shop is quaint and well stocked and it has an incredible children's section in the back. If you're in the area, you need to stop by... You'll be glad you did!
