These ladies running this place is amazing! I had a 15 min break today and they got my rental ready to go and I was able to get back to work on time!!! AWESOME customer service :)

These 2 ladies I saw today were fantastic! Didn't get to clock or until late because of me, but took care of me with no fuss!

Excellent service. The staff always works to accommodate and make it a satisfactory experience with upgrades to whatever cars they may have. Limited selection but they always check for best rates. I always use when I get my vehicle Ziebart'd and they even do a courtesy dropoff/pickup to Ziebart.

Kim at the Lima OH Hertz saved our vacation!!!! After renting a car for our vacation thru the Fort Wayne location we received a call 1 hour and 15 minutes before we were to pickup the car informing us that they had NO car for us and no hertz location in the whole state of Indiana had any rental cars 🤬🤬. We called the Lima location and Kim was just super….. she transferred our reservation and was extremely helpful with the whole process. Even though we still had to travel an hour and a half to get a car we made our vacation Shame on you Hertz for renting cars you don’t have available!!! And a thumbs up 👍🏻 for your employee Kim being able to bail you out!!

Was leaving for vacation and needed a rental to drive to Chicago airport. Tayler Thomas and Kimberly Starr were the associates that helped me get a last minute top notch vehicle and even searched for any offers that I was eligible for which ended up saving me roughly $40 each on the rental to and from the airport. Amazing people and really good customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a vehicle! Extremely pleased with my experience! :)

Wow! The representatives were the best. At the end of a hectic Friday, they were rectify a bad situation that was not their fault all with smiles, apologies and grace.

We decided to use Hertz as we have had good service there the last time we rented a car. Not to mention Hertz was about $1000 less then enterprise. We used AAA so no xtra charges for additional drivers. Will rent again from them.

Rented a car from here multiple times over a few years and never had a issue. Under normal circumstances you are in and out quick. The staff has always been friendly.

I frequently rented cars on the weekends and one of my favorite companies is Hertz they are friendly,nice , and responsive, besides their prices are competitive and hard to beat especially when I use my rewards .
