As the Director of Facilities, having this hardware store right next to my workplace is a godsend. Despite its modest size, the store is stocked with an impressive range of items, perfectly catering to my team's needs. What sets them apart is the incredibly helpful staff - a refreshing contrast to the larger national chains. This store has truly proven invaluable to our operations.

10th St Hardware is a neighborhood Necessity. I hate thinking what would happen if it was not there. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good hardware store. Has all the stuff you need to keep your place in tip top shape. I went in for screws and the employee immediately said how can he help. He proceeded to take the screw I brought in and found the right size quickly. Nothing better than great customer service!

There's a pretty good chance to get what you need when you go there which is really saying something

Great hardware store, they have everything I need. Some items I would only buy in a pinch because they're a little pricey, but I do try to support local stores over the behemoth retailer we won't mention!
That being said, I love shopping here. Lots of products that are hard to find elsewhere, like Zepp grout whitener (great, heavy duty, tile cleaner), Rainex, etc. A plethora of cleaning products I use sparingly, but don't want to wait for. They have all the usual hardware, I needed an adapter for my garden hose.
Friendly and helpful staff, couldn't be better. I wish I had money to shop, I love hardware. I'd stop if I didn't need anything.

Unquestionably the best hardware store in Philadelphia, if not the whole world. Beautifully and neatly organized with employees ready and willing to knowledgeably answer your "how to" questions and retrieve anything in inventory for you. Troy and Steve, the owners, are in-store more often than not. Their enthusiasm for and knowledge of their business is second to none. They stock an incredibly wide array of useful and reasonably priced hardware and housewares. You will thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

I love coming in here. The guys are always so friendly and welcoming. Whenever you ask for help they'll come assist you.

Been coming to this place for decades it's new owners have cleaned it up. The supplies are there the prices are competitive they know what they're talking about and you can call ahead and ask. Just a fine bunch of people I've been coming there and never had a problem. Well run, well managed and clean

This is a lovely city hardware store! I haven't popped in for a while and was pleasantly surprised to see the updates to the interior. It seems much bigger inside now that things are rearranged.

Throughout the pandemic many of us have become first time (or better) plant parents and a lot of local city stores are out of things like planters and potting soil on a regular basis. This store was fully stocked! Looking forward to seeing if they get live plants/seeds in the summer months.

These guys are super helpful and manage to pack lots of useful stuff in that store. Everything from light bulbs to shelving to garden supplies! I walked in, a little overwhelmed after moving, asking for help and they were great. They helped me find everything I need and I'll be back soon with measurements for a few more things I need. Really glad to have these guys right up the street.

This is place to go when you need something and aren’t quite sure what. The super friendly employees have helped me figure out what kind of bolt I needed, and what size trim. The store is small, but densely packed with pretty much everything hardware/household related. I have no idea how the people who work there always know exactly where things are, but they do!

I have shopped here many times and have always received excellent service. Most recently I came in needing a part to finish installing a sink faucet. The owner personally helped me find a part that would work, he even interrupted his coffee break to help me! These people really know their inventory and are knowledgeable and friendly! Shop small, shop local.

Amazon has nothing on this place. There is absolutely no replacement for a small business like this. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I've been completing a house project for the past couple weeks and have visited this store many times. Every time I walk in they ask me what I need help with. Without fail they assess my needs and provide me with exactly what I need in less than 2 minutes. The store is small but somehow still has almost anything you will need for common household repairs/projects. To top it off, everything is CHEAP. Prices beat out large department stores by a long shot. This place does not exist to maximize profits, it exists because they love what they do and they enjoy serving the surrounding community.

Incredibly helpful staff. I went in with a vague idea of a DIY project I was working on. Multiple staff members were quick to assist with different options, potential costs, and helpful tips without any pressure to buy. The store is well stocked and even has a selection of lumber!

Last week, after 20 years of great relationship with this great neighborhood store, we had a glitch. Well, and this is how you recognize the difference between a corporate and a smaller owned retail shop, the owner reached at me corrected the glitch in a very professional matter and I am so glad to continue my shopping there.

Great gem in the neighborhood! When working on a project and I need something I make a quick run to the store to pick up what I need at a good price. Surprising inventory for a neighborhood hardware store. The staff is very helpful and if you don't know exactly what you need the staff is there to help you in a very friendly manner.

This is a place that truly cares about its customers. I called one day to see if they could cut a piece of lumber for me -- I brought it by, they did it right away and when I offered to pay, they said it was on the house. That kind of good will means a lot, and I've been back to the store as a result!

Very helpful. I brought in my bike pannier yesterday after a couple screws had fallen out. One of the guys behind the counter helped me quickly find all the specific nuts and bolts that I needed to fix and reattach it.

As soon as I entered I was greeted by a wonderful sales associate. He helped me with everything I needed and if they didn't have it he looked up where I could find it. What a wonderful experience. No hassle great customer service.
