It's a good 711 it's not their fault homeless people are outside, also the homeless people shouldn't be judged! Nobody asked to be homeless or woke up and wanted to be an addict. They are trapped and the staff doesn't condone them being outside. They can't help it. Everytime I go there, which is often because I work on Jewelers row, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and nice and it's just getting bad feedback but judgemental people who think they are better than everyone!

Not bad. It's a 711, I've never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff. If you need something from 711, go check it out. Or check it out if you don't need anything from 711, you'll probably find something.

Ok convenient store at very needed spot. We were looking for coffee shop after we parked the car in near by garage and all near by coffee shops were closed. We were happy to see 7/11 and when we enter there was a man who opens the door for us. (Little intimidating and later realized he must be homeless). The sad part is coffee was there but very cold (time is 7 pm on Friday evening). So we had to pick some drink from refrigerator section. Staffs are attentive and quick grab Store with less options for fresh food option if it is late evenings. No restroom access for customers. Pricing was ok due to it is in downtown area.

I live next door and try my hardest to go down the street to wawa instead unless I'm in a huge rush. Always guys bumming out in front literally blocking the door, employees are rude and sometimes not behind the counter at all. Disorganized, out of stock of a lot of stuff. Expensive. Cans of soda sometimes sticky and weird. Saw a guy shoplifting a coke one time and an employee chased him down screaming and punched him right next to me as he left the store

Not 24 hours they lock the door after 1am don't reopen till 6am. Homeless people sleeping out front of the door.

Says 24hrs but I'm here a 5:30am and the door is locked!!!!!!!!

The guy was very rude and wouldn't give medium or small cups and then he accused me of stealing something which I didn't. Horrible place!

Claim that they are 24/7 but when I try to go there in the early mornings at like 530 there door's are locked they are inside doing nothing but the doors are locked... this is false advertisement PUT A OPEN TIME SO YOU DONT WASTE PEOPLES TIME GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TRY TO GET SNACKS!!!

Horrible service. We order multiple drinks, around 7 medium drinks, we got 2 lids. What were we gonna do, share 2 lids? And that was probably the best part. The slushees tasted like acid, and we paid more than we did for the same stuff the day before. Just go to Wawa instead.

This store indicates that they deliver, but they refused to deliver what I bought and left on the counter by mistake. I am mobility impaired & live 2 blocks from there. The staff is uniformly bad-tempered and unhelpful. Shop local family-owned small businesses!
Any one of them would go out of their way to help, and I would be a loyal customer. 7/11, just forget it!

In your pictures of your store you should move the mop bucket also stock your shelves they look empty the homeless people outside they're right they need to go I'm sorry oh and if you're 7-Eleven you should be open 24 hours of the day with no locked doors

They claim 24/7 but the doors are always locked after 11. I just need a bottle of Gatorade and slim Jim's....

I wish i can give zero star. I work around this 7 eleven. I have been their regular customer for 4 years always get french vanilla coffee with double cup. I didnt come for couple of months because i just had a baby. I came there today, met a new employe ( a nasty woman). She asked me if i want the extra cup for my coffee. I asked her how much for the extra cup. Then she said 60 cent. So i said oh jo, you can take the cup. Then i was curious if that is a new thing, so i asked her. Then she said, no it has been like that. REGULAR CUSTOMER we do not charge, but YOU are not a regular so i charge you!
I never know that 7 eleven charge people differently based on how often people come there.
Just because i didnt come for couple of months i am no longer their regular?
