Stopped into Lee’s after a trip to The Bakeshop on 20th and was happy to find a fully stocked hardware store with ample space to look around. The gentleman at the checkout counter was very helpful. He joked that I was the first person to ask for scissors in as long as he could remember 😂 The store was well organized and seemed like it had everything you could need or want.

Great customer service. The man who owns the store saved me a ton of money and a headache by explaining a heater system to me. Didn't buy anything but didn't need to thanks to his expertise and experience. Thank you for your help!

Was looking for something that had to be ordered. Was so glad that the timeline was going to be great so I can finish my project. Faster than home depot.

Had a wonderful experience with the employee who works Saturdays! He was so helpful in finding things in this Gem of a store down the street from me. Which is extra convenient to have a store with so many options in the city. Also, with Covid they have an abundance of Lysol Sprays and Wipes which is a big plus!

As a commercial and residential property manager in the city I found the store to be super convenient. The prices are good as well. My guys were stuck in a jamb and the owner Scott, who has become a friend and honestly has a heart of gold although is rough around the edges at time left the store and drove to drop off a less than $2.00 plumbing fitting to our old city property. If he doesn't have a particular item and I can wait he delivers it to the job on Thursday. If need the item right away and it is local he will pick it up and or have it delivered. If the item is not local and I don't mind paying for the shipping he will have the item shipped. And for all those who have had a bad experience with Scott, I have seen some of the neighborhoods finest in action where they demand a better price on an item with very low margins yielding profits under $0.25. Also people that complain he doesn't sell just one drywall screw. I can see his frustration. Even with that I have seen him walk older customers home with their orders just to help. Give it a shot!

Excellent customer service here! They didn’t have what I needed in stock, but ordered it for me while I was there and I was able to pick it up two days later. I also love the fact that they’re part of a co-op buying group (keeps costs lower and gives more purchasing power to locally owned businesses). I’ll most definitely be back here soon!

Scott helped me out a bunch, he was the only person who could find me 1,800 lbs of self leveling underlayment for the development company I work for in the city! I literally called 10-12 places in the area and surrounding area and no one could help me, everyone said end of next week, to 10 days delivery...Well Scott came through and we got our whole 1800 lb order today!!! Thank you Lees I will def be using again for our building needs

I had no cash on me and they still hooked me Hooked me up with a free allen key that I needed for my bike.
