BOTLD - Rittenhouse

Finally I made it out to Philly from Northern VA to get the Bird Gang Bourbon. The store is super chic. The staff was beyond helpful. Got to try it before I bought and I must say it’s strong and smooth. Ended up buying three bottles. GO BIRDS!

So, I started up with a delivery mix-up for a Christmas present. I sent an email on Christmas day so I wouldn't forget. Not only did they respond on Christmas, but they had it fixed within 2 days. They have great customer service that and the Bird Gang whiskey is good to boot! Would highly recommend.

Service I received from BOTLD is absolutely fantastic. I emailed the company and got a response from Nate, he extremely polite, and answered all of my questions. My package is due to arrive today, according to tracking. The package was just shipped yesterday, so one day shipping it! Amazing!

The customer service here is super responsive and helpful! I was missing a bottle of the Bird Gang Bourbon and they immediately corrected the mistake and sent out a new one. Now I cant wait to try it!

Brining new experience to liquor stores. Everyone remembers buying the expensive bottle they hated and couldn’t do anything about it but not here, they give out free tastings and they are full of knowledge to help you find the bottle that’s right for you, super small cool concept. I will be going back every time I’m in Philadelphia

I had a great experience here. I was offered samples and descriptions of various products without any questions. Also, they went beyond standard service to assist me with packaging a bottle I wanted to put into checked luggage. The double box solution we collaborated on in the store worked perfectly. I will be in Philly often and look forward to going back to grabbing something different from this spot. I will probably be there later on today. I need something for the ice I have.

Needed to change the delivery address and Drew Perry at botld couldn’t have been a bigger help! I absolutely recommend using botld and give that man a raise!

SO arrogant. I was eager to check out Botld. Interesting concept and the potential to find new spirits. I am a huge Gin aficionado. When I asked what the botanical blend was for the gins on offer I was told "NO DISTILLER EVER REVEALS THEIR BOTANICAL BLEND" by a salesperson who claimed to be a spirits writer for Popular Mechanics (??). When you make a blanket statement like that that is calling out your customer for being misinformed, you'd better be right. I tried to show them that Aviation, Roku, Beefeater, Bombay, Dogfish Head, and a host of other distillers DO list their botanicals but her reply was a dismissive "I'll take your word for it". If you're posing as an expert, at least try to keep an open mind for people who are more informed than you. I will never shop at this establishment.
