The UPS Store

Joey is incredibly helpful. We came in with a big and somewhat unusual order — 2 years worth of my notes from medical school. These notes were/are my life, and I needed them copied to study for boards. They handled my notes with as much care as I would have, if not more so, while printing and scanning. No notes were damaged, and Joey spent a lot of time and effort making sure the copies were high quality while still preventing any issues with the original copy. He had to find solutions multiple times, and the order was large enough it took a long time, but he and the team remained dedicated to it throughout.

They handled my notes as though they themselves had spent the past two years writing them. Could not be more thankful.

The UPS staff in Westmont on Cuthbert is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Larry, Ava, and Michael on this particular day were especially helpful with what I needed to accomplish. Every time I go into this location, I know I can count on the the entire staff being friendly and professional.Thank you!

Came in because my dad needed packing wrap to fill a present for my mom. Didn’t really know what I was asking for, but they knew instantly what I needed and were super helpful! My family goes here all the time to send stuff to family that lives in different states. Always have great service

Having checked out a few UPS stores in the area, this one is the best! The guys here are so nice, friendly, go above and beyond! Really kind and helpful!!!

They also have lots of parking and are super close to Gloucester City, very convenient. I will definitely be coming back.

Don’t know where the one star reviews are coming from. I’ve been dealing with this store for a very long time. Must be a bunch of Karen’s! These guys have always been very nice, and I never felt like I was overcharged.

Larry is an amazing manager ,knowledgeable ,courteous patient efficient , very good business man ,would like to give 10 stars. His assistant Joe is on the ball also ,great store if ups can meet your needs

Just came from a wonderful experience at this store. The line moved quickly. The store associate, Michael, was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed for a simple transaction. I was in and out in great time. I'm glad that this is my local store.

This store is amazing. Their level of customer service is absolutely top notch. Whenever I go to this UPS Store I always have a pleasant experience. The employees there are always willing to help and make sure that the customers have a great experience. My packages always make it to their destinations, intact and on time. So, if you need to send out mail and you want a positive customer service experience I highly recommend this store. 👌

I cannot give enough gratitude for this UPS store. I purchased an item in an online auction and Larry handled my pickup, packaging and shipping within an hours time from my initial phone call. I am in central WI. Who provides such great customer service like this anymore? Not many. Best service I have had in years!!!

Generally they provide a quick and effecient way to ship parcels and are always pleasant.

I’m a little late with posting this review, but five stars. Last week I went to this UPS store with my one year-old son asking the employees if they had a cart I’d be able to put a large package on (because I’d be able to hold my son in one arm while rolling the package to the store), and an employee responded by offering to get the large package out of my car’s trunk. We walked back outside and he picked up and carried the package back into the store. They’re very helpful!

Don't listen to that loser, Mark Kozak. He harassed the staff, as well as the customers, and I'm positive everybody is happy he's gone. The employees do exceptional work and always try their hardest to satisfy a customer's needs while going with the company's standards. Shoutout to Bayley, Joey, and Mike. Wonderful customer service from all three of them!

Great service. Everything was done in less than 5 minutes with no issues and I found somewhere else that does shredded paper.

This store was terrific from start to finish! I had tried 4 other places and no one had the unusual size box needed to mail my package. But this local UPS store did! The staff over the phone and then in person spoke clearly, explained patiently, and gave the full extent of what I needed to know. Additionally, to top it all off, they also wrapped the package for shipping. Personalized service at its best!! A complete FIVE STAR store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fast & efficient

Went to UPS tonight around 5 pm and there was a line out the door. The only person behind the counter was a guy named Liam. He was so pleasant and kind to each customer despite being so busy! He was also very efficient and the line moved super quick.

I've never sent something through the mail outside of a USPS drop box. After today's experience, it's safe to say that I'll be going through The UPS Store moving forward. I walked in with nothing but an unpacked product I wanted to return. The associate behind the counter walked me through the process of getting it packaged, shipped, and delivered within 2 days.
