Oriental Pearl Restaurant

Oriental Pearl is one of our favorites for good food. We've never had a bad meal there. George, the owner, is SUPER friendly!

By far my absolutely favorite chinese restaurant. I have been going here since i was a baby and I will never stop coming back. The food is incredible and the family that owns the restaurant is even more amazing. George always makes me feel welcome and brings a smile to my face. I am grateful to have this restaurant available for delicious food and great service!

The restaurant has great American styled Chinese food.
The staff are very kind and hard working. Most of them are bi/trilingual, which is really impressive.
They give great service, and I'm satisfied after every visit

Great sushi and a blend of food types. Some viatnamese, Chinese, Thai, etc. Nice atmosphere and staff was very friendly. Took a co-worker who is going to another job there and we all enjoyed it!

Better quality Chinese food. But slow service. The whole place could use freshening up

I have been going to the Oriental Pearl for over 20 years. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. It is a family run business. This is my go to take out and eat in restaurant:)

UPDATE 4-17-23: I think that ownership has changed or new chef but I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I didnt recognize the staff. I ordered my usuals and they were so horrible I had to trash them. I will not be returning.

1 YEAR AGO: Love this place! Staff is very friendly. I commented on their beautiful jade plants and was offered a very large cutting. Food is great. Sesame chicken is all white meat. Best I've ever had. It is now our go to place for Chinese food even though we are 1/2 hour away.

Food is consistently really good. They provide accurate pickup times for takeout and the owners are very friendly. The dining area actually looks really nice, so we have to make a point to dine in sometime.

My family has been coming here since I was about 7 years old (I'm 23 now) and I would never think about going anywhere else. Love the food. The owner also remembers all of our allergies and that's really nice

I have going there since I was a child and it has never ONCE let me down, I enjoy the people there, the service, atmosphere/music and most of all, the food is amazing. I have had my dates here. I've been to other restaurants and I've introduced new friends there who have never gone and this for sure becomes their favorite. George and his wife are charming, the servers are quick and caring. The food time wait is quick even when full. Anyone who complains as far as I'm concerned is just a miserable person because there has never once been a complaint by anyone I've known nor my family and I. Again we've been going there since I was a child and each time is like the first time.

I have been coming here for years and they don't disappoint. There is a range of regional specialties, from sushi and sashimi to traditional American Chinese to Thai, vegetarian choices and some kid friendly fare, although you have to hunt for that last. Kids also love the large fish tank by the entrance. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. My personal favorite is the Kani salad, which I've tried at other places and never had even half as tasty as here. No sushi on Mondays!

This restaurant is one of the best I’ve ever eaten at. Since they are very busy with their takeout orders, I suggest you have the person on the phone repeat your order back. Twice we got home without one of the things we ordered.

This place goes beyond words. The menu, the food, the service and the owners go far out of their way to ensure everything is just right. They have it all - Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese food. I've been going there for quite some time and have brought family and friends to the restaurant. They all loved it and could not wait to go back. If you are a fan of Oriental food, visit the Oriental Pearl in Haddonfield, NJ.

My daughter's favorite that we all love. Stop in anytime for lunch or dinner or order take out. You will find attentive detail, fresh, hot meals from different countries with much flavor. Sushi is so fresh. Specialties are creative with beautiful details like vegetable garnish flowers.

This place is a gem in Haddonfield.

My wife an I frequent here, as we live just around the block. However, I would frequent this place if I lived 40 miles away. There is nothing on the menu that is anything less than delightful.

The menu is diverse, with Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai. The lunch menu is mostly the specials but smaller. Everything on this menu is affordable and delightful.

If you live in the area, make plans to eat here, as it is the best in the surrounding area.

The food here is DELICIOUS!!!! And service is GREAT!!! Love the fish tank in the dining area and was tied I could name the fish whatever I wanted...thanks Mr. George!!!

Been getting delivery from here for a few years and thought it was "standard" Chinese takeout, but I've been now bringing my family here every Sunday (no crowd, everyone is watching football) and I couldn't be happier. Staff is amazing, friendly, genuine, and accommodating. Menu has it all and everything we order gets gobbled up almost as fast as they bring it to the table.

May I recommend the Thai Triple Delight.

I love oriental pearl. I've been coming here for so long. Great atmosphere and the staff is so kind. The food is so fresh! And it is recently priced
