The Colonnade Inn

Location location location! 1 block off the beach and central to the Promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. It's a B&B without a real breakfast/meal service, however they have hot coffee/tea and cold lemon water most of the day and little snacks throughout the day. The room was clean and the AC was amazing, especially considering it is such an old building in high summer. There's breakfast options across the street (cash only, but ATM in the building and worth pulling out cash) and beach tags come with the room. Parking is street only for most rooms, but free on the numbered streets and easy to find for the most part. The rooms are in the small side, but if you're in your room more than to sleep and shower you're doing the Jersey Shore wrong! I would have loved more meal options included with the room, but no complaints really. Amazing family vacation and we would love to be back next summer!

I have so many nice things to say about the Colonnade! Where do I begin? I just had a baby, and my mom has been helping me a ton. She loves running on the beach so I decided to book her a room at the Colonnade to thank her for all the help! Toni, the manager of the Inn, made everything so easy. First of all, I asked if any of the rooms had an ocean view, and she told me no, but then proceeded to tell me what hotels I could go to in Avalon and elsewhere to book a room with that view! I was surprised at how honest and thoughtful she was, likely sending me to a competitor, and decided to give them my business no matter if they had ocean view rooms or not. Then, I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day, but she easily corrected my mistake and then never charged me the upgrade fee for the different room! Then, I asked if it might be possible to put a bottle of champagne in my mom’s room, and she went to the liquor store for me and put a beautiful bow on the champagne and everything. It looked perfect! My mom was so happy and surprised. I will be staying here for all my visits to SIC to support this wonderful business!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is! My parents spent their 37th anniversary there so I called to see if I could send some champagne or something special to their room. Toni went above and beyond for me. She made everything so easy and seamless. Not only did she set it up in their room, she printed out a "Happy Anniversary" card and set up a beautiful display with a gift card. I have stayed at the Colonnade in the past and if you're looking for a home away from home this is certainly the place go! 5 stars across the board and a big thank you to Toni!!! =)

We stayed in the Amherst (2f) room, which does come with one parking spot.Loved it there. So spacious, the set up was perfect for my little family. The Colonnade Inn is a prime location in Sea Isle. A block away from the beach, and a few blocks away for shopping and eating.
The woman that runs the place is absolutely wonderful. She accommodates to the best of her ability. We didn't arrive until 4:30 am, she made sure she set us up and arranged things so we could get in without having to wait for someone. She also allowed us to check out late when it was time for us to go. (We went off season and noone had our room after us)
I also got to peek into another empty room, absolutely 💯 beautiful. I have no issues coming back to this establishment. If you like a vintage, with a touch of updated flare, this is the place to be. It's a 1883 Victorian house with different styles of rooms that have their own story.

The beach+ eateries are within walking distance + a shuttle runs up+ down the main road every 5 minutes for $2 -- We loved our stay+ can't wait to go back!

Absolutely love the Colonnade Inn!! We have stayed here twice and quickly reminded why we came back. The staff is so incredibly pleasant and would do just about anything to make your stay the best it can be. The rooms are so sweet and unique. Everything is very comfortable and inviting. The porch is a great touch, a bike rack outback, outdoor showers are nice to have. You are within walking distance to stores, restaurants, the beach, the promenade and more. Love this place and cannot wait to return.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were extremely pleasant! it's also two blocks from the beach, which is super nice. They don't really offer the typical amenities that most hotels/Inn's do (for example, extra tooth brushes, soap, etc.) but it wasn't a huge deal. The room was very nice and clean and that's the important part!

This is an awesome place to stay in SIC. Last minute booking on July 4th weekend. We will definitely return to the Colonnade next year. We had the only spot with a balcony and it was splendid. Plenty of seating to lounge outside. Only one city block away from the beach....you really can't ask for more. Everything was cleaned with extra pillows and blankets for all. See you in 2020!!!!

This was my resting place after a long day redesigning the Braca Cafe 4 blocks away. It is a Victorian Mansion turned into a B&B but most of the "rooms" are privately owned and rented out by each separate owner...but managed by the onsite Manager...that was there, only one or two days during the week during off-season. There was no maid service for this time period and no access to the laundry room...so I had to go to a local laundromat to do my wash n drying! There was a good bagel and coffee deli shop across the street for breakfast...because there was no Breakfast served at the Collanade Inn during the off-season...otherwise a nice place to stay. I got a special deal for my entire month stay...but normally, during the Summer season it averages between $300.to $400. Per night.

I have stayed at the Colonnade Inn in Sea Isle City numerous times. Love September at the shore and the Colonnade Inn is my first choice of where to relax. Just love the quaintness of the building and the friendly service. Location is perfect. Close to town but quiet enough. You can walk to stores and restaurants. Can't beat how close it is to the beach. Hoping to return soon.

It was quaint and comfortable. If you're looking for luxury this is not the place for you. However, if you enjoy the feel of a Victorian bed and breakfast you will enjoy staying here. The rooms are very clean and air conditioned. We loved it!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Charming, clean, relatively quiet, appropriate amenities. Large outside porch. Convenient (walking distance) to beach, promenade, town center, and restaurants. Free on site parking limited, but free and paid public spaces can be found.

Great location! Beautiful historic inn a block from the beach. Clean and convenient to everything including downtown Sea Isle, Atlantic City, Cape May and Ocean City boardwalk.

This inn is a wonderful little secret in Sea Isle City. Only a block away from the beach, it's clean,and comphy, and cute!
