Top Notch. Female at middle desk (and I am so sorry for forgetting your name) fully explained the billing system and how the transfer from another state was a little mixed up. They took the time to fully investigate everything with service on the phone in front of me. Rodney also made sure my concerns were completely addressed. It was a pleasure to see someone actually care for their clients like I do for my own companies. Thank you guys very much and a very deserved client and 5 star rating. Keep doing great things. I might be able to find cheaper but the VALUE of the agent and his office staff, is what makes me stay.

My experience with State Farm reps are consistently outstanding. Most recently, I had an excellent experience with April P. She was extremely helpful and was very prompt in providing required information. April is pleasant to work with and places a high focus on customer service. Her detailed and timely follow through is very much appreciated!

We started out with a small life insurance policy and because of Rodney and his Teams commitment to providing stellar service we now have transitioned all of our insurance policy’s (home, auto and restaurant) over to State Farm! Honorable mention goes to Sam!!! She always goes above and beyond to assist me when I have questions! She’s very knowledgeable and responsive! The Agency is very lucky to have her!!!

Rodney Stevenson Insurance agency is friggin’ awesome!! Never had a problem in 12years and his new team: Tamika; Marcia; and Samantha is the truth! Rodney is very professional and knowledgeable regarding all your insurance needs. He takes the time to explain coverages/deductibles in easy to understand language and answers any questions you have regarding your coverage. I really appreciated the ability to meet and successfully conduct business over the phone since I'm not local making an in office visit challenging.
