I have been a member of Franklin mint for about 6 years. I have had nothing but excellent service. I have my business and personal banking with them. The mobile app works great! Even the interface on the website is clean, quick and easy. I Love This Bank!! No really, like most of us i have tried every bank out there. Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, blows them all away!

I reactivated my account today. Julie helped me, it was super busy. I had an online banking issue. She fixed it under difficult circumstances, quickly and professionally. I feel like she would honestly help me again if I needed it.

I love this bank! I am no where near wealthy and I’m only mentioning that because I love the fact that the bank does not make me keep a large amount in at all times also if I do need to take every dollar even though I don’t I have make sure I have atleast $5 in there. I am not the smartest person I tend to buy cheap stuff than get scammed because the places get my card number than (try) to charge me for things I did not buy or receive! FMFCU HAS ALWAYS CAUGHT THE SCAMMERS! They call me right away to ask if I made the purchase of $50-$75 dollars for a trial cover up! Obviously someone who does not have a large income who has 2 kids and works with animals 6 days out of the week well I’d hope not spend that much money on a trial make up! Thank you FMFCU for always stopping the scammers! The people at this branch I love! Pretty sure the one lady’s name is Katie she’s the best!
