After shopping at the nearby ShopRite, we found this Italian eatery and all I can say is WOW! Everything was amazing?!

We got takeout and had the most delicious meals! I wanted to get my vegetarian mom something amazing for her birthday, and the linguine primavera was perfection. Other items for the family were the linguine and clams and the seafood vesuvio! We can’t get enough! Also, the bruschetta appetizer was fabulous!

Excellent food, location, atmosphere and above excellent staff. First time there and I was impressed and will be going back. The tomato sauce was the best I've had in a very long time. It's a BYOB restaurant, so bring your best Italian wine and enjoy. I reccomend trying everything on the menu.

My family and friends have been coming here for many years it’s our favorite neighborhood Italian restaurant. We moved out of Swedesboro and we still make the hour drive from PA because it’s still our favorite Italian restaurant. Nunzia’s vodka sauce and meatballs are the best of the best and should be on your list as a must have. I guarantee once you try it, you will never want anyone else’s. Love the staff and it’s definitely my home away from home.

Vesuvio’s is, without a doubt, one of the best experiences you will have locally in Italian restaurants. Huge portions, incredible wait staff and a casual, homey vibe. I’ve been to many NYC and Philly restaurants and I will put Vesuvio’s quality against any in those big cities. We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions or, sometimes, just a night out here and we are always treated like special guests. Part of the family! The Chicken Parm, baked ziti, and the Seafood Vesuvio are stars of the menu. If you want a special treat, grab a home baked cookie or cannoli for dessert. You won’t be disappointed. We’ve been coming here for over 20 years and it’s part of our family tradition. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Rob, Nunzia and family should be proud of what they’ve created. A place where memories are made!

Just came back after a long time - I used to go here very frequently growing up. Still an amazing restaurant, and I plan on coming back very soon. Grace is the best!

Best Italian food in the area. Delicious pasta dishes and really good calamari. If you like calamari it is a must. Tender, juicy, perfect every time.

I love this place. It's one of my favorites, and I have been eating there for years. From their pizza, to their specialty pasta dinner, you can't have a bad meal. They also have great customer service. Tonight I had their specialty strawberry chicken salad with balsamic glaze, and it's was delicious.

Stefanie was very attentive and took great care of us. The food is always delicious and exactly what is needed after living in a place that wouldn't know a cheesesteak if it hit it in the face.

This is my favorite dinner spot ❤ We have never gotten a dish that we didn’t love!!! The complimentary fresh bread and oil to start out dinner is always a nice touch, too. It’s the little things. Their homemade chocolate chip cookies are also amazing!!!

Had dinner Friday night. Was absolutely the best pasta ever. Seafood Vezuvio with vodka sauce. Amazing. Service was very good. Got pretty crowded after 5:00 so make reservations.

Just had one of, if not the best pizza thats ever crossed my lips! The Grandpop. It’s a 20 min drive home and it was still amazing! I think I may have died and gone to heaven if I’d eaten it fresh at the restaurant! The sauce was the best, the mozzarella and fresh basil! This Italian girl is Happy!

Have never had a bad meal there. Food is out quick. Servers are very attentive, we just love this place

Great Italian food. I got the pasta vesuvio (pictured) it was really good. Linguini was perfect cooked. They have a really good desert menu as well. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious food. The asparagus stuffed gnocchi special was probably the best gnocchi I've had outside of Italy.

Lunch with a friend, eggplant parm sandwich and chicken bacon wrap. Both excellent and each of us took half home for lunch tomorrow.

Always made fresh, I ordered a large steak Stromboli. The sauce was "the icing on the cake", so to speak. I love this place.

The Sunday special was Chicken Florentine with Italian wedding soup. I have clue how the expensive ingredients I buy at home, will never compare. The Alfredo sauce was delicious. The chicken was high grade. The soup was ok but that was only a side soup. I've not only ate at highly rated Italian restaurants nationwide but have a team of Italian cooks at home that wouldn't compare to the Chicken Florentine I had tonight. The Cannoli was no exception! The cream - to - chocolate - to - fried breading....ratio was just right! Go out of your way to try these guys!
