Frederick is an inconsiderate and negligent plumber. He makes no effort to ensure that the customer is satisfied with his work. He shows no respect for the property he's working in and leaves it in a worse state than when he arrived. This is the second time Frederick has performed tasks for us. Both times have been terrible experiences.

Communication with this company was a nightmare. The technician, Jared, seemed completely clueless. He arrived at my house, attempted to troubleshoot the problem but was entirely ineffective. He gave me misleading suggestions that potentially cost me hundreds of dollars. I am utterly disappointed with their overall service.

I called to have a same day service completed. The plumber said they would be at my residence within the hour. Plumber never showed. I called two more times and all the employee did was connect me to the plumber’s phone line which they did not answer. I also texted the number and never received a response. I waited at my residence all day for a service that was not completed. If it was unable to be done I understand, but that should have been communicated with me as the client so I could make other arrangements. Unprofessional.
