Papa Johns Pizza

I grab pizza from here often as they have some good deals. The staff is always friendly and prompt. The young gal at the counter is always smiley, and the rest of the staff is rockin' out and having fun.

The store front isn't terribly welcoming, but that's the nature of the location. I've enjoyed all of their pizza. The crust is not thin but not thick with just a bit of chewiness. The staff is quick to respond and very friendly!

Consistently great pizzas and service! Haven’t been let down here. I recommend this location.
I think one time the delivery was delayed but they sent a coupon through the mail for the mess up.
Delivery guys are always nice as well.

This Papa John's stands out as the best. They consistently prepare the food to perfection, and I've never encountered any issues. The staff is highly professional.

No clue why people are bad mouthing PJ's. They're always happy to deliver for me even when I order 10 before close. The staff even honors online coupons over the phone if you can't get the codes to work. They're polite and friendly and the drivers are awesome. Yes the delivery sometimes takes awhile because duh, it's Minot and everyone is short staffed but they've never failed to show up and my order is always correct. This is the only place I'll order from, and there's a Pizza Hut two blocks from my house.

Great customer service! Food arrives quickly and is hot and delicious and I've Always had Very nice and courteous drivers! One example - the driver tonight seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic when my 2 liter was forgotten, and he even made a special trip back to deliver it. I feel so bad! But thank you to whoever you are!... I Will definitely continue to order from this papa johns! 😃

I never have an issue with Papa Johns in Minot. I mostly order online, but the times I have had to call I find the staff professional. Due to a severe shortage of workers for service industry jobs, my pizzas occasionally take longer than estimated. Every single time the driver has apologized and I have received a coupon for a free pizza in the mail shortly thereafter.

It honestly shocked me to see so many bad reviews for a company I order from, well, a bit too often and have always had stellar service with.

Easy to order online, delivered in a timely manner, pizza was fresh and warm. The driver was also friendly. Plus you all added more toppings this time which usually don’t and is disappointing. Stepped it up this time and it was really good! Thanks!

Im not sure what all these other people are talking about when they say how bad PJ's are. Ive been ordering from them for over 2 years and only been on hold twice. Once was during the Superbowl and the other was on a Friday night. They have always been great with delivery time downtown and when i have to go in to pick the pizzas up, the workers are really friendly. A couple times they forgot my sauce but i should have checked for it.

Papa Johns is a good place if you like semi-fancy pizza with fresh ingredients. It can be a little bit more on the pricey side, but every bite is worth the price. They do deliver and the delivery time can vary depending on how busy they get.

they added 5.25 onto Bill for delivery. plus want you to tip.

I'm a pizza lover, and this place has become my favorite in town! They usually have some pretty good deals, and great customer service. Occasionally there is a mix up or two when you get a newer employee, but that's how it is anywhere. Overall, fantastic place!

Employees were nice I had my pizza in 15 minutes.

We had to go to social services for her auntie because Medicaid screwed her..and we was taking city bus then walking to social services...
The manager understands our situation and gave us a pizza and I left a $1 tip wish I had more..
The crisis that is happening in our world...shows that people are showing acts of random kindness...thank you again so much..we gave a piece of our pizza to a man at social services who hasn't had eaten ....so please everyone I ask this of you pay it forward help a family in need..I've seen it many times and 2day was 1 of them

Pizza's always warm when it's delivered, always on time give or take a few minutes, and the delivery people are always friendly. My experience with them so far has been a pleasant one.

We get pizza every Friday for supper, having boys in the house we get everyone their own pizza! The carryout special is always easy on the wallet and they have never let us down!
