I needed another network expander and TK helped me out. He was competent and very polite. A real out of the box thinker. Next time I came in the manager Patrick had Zach help me out. He is a new guy and was very helpful and nice. Sometimes there is a wait but this store finds solutions vs some of the other stores which suck.

Everyone at this store is amazing and friendly! Zach helped me tremendously and was very kind. I walked in half an hour before closing time with an issue from my previous provider and he did everything I needed plus more. I really appreciate how quick and easy it was for me to fix my phone line. Thank you for the wonderful service Zach and Verizon at Clackamas Promenade!

Wanted a new phone as the camera on mine is cracked. The manger Saul and the sales rep helping me were very informative and gave me a couple different options for upgrading! Felt valued as a customer and they were attentive to my specific needs. And I got the Apple Watch I’ve been wanting for a while now! Took advantage of the paid service to help me get it all set up. As someone who is capable of figuring it out, it was definitely worth it to walk out the store with everything set up just the way I wanted!

I was in today to transfer info from one phone to another. He did a great job. He was kinda, respectful and very helpful. He added a screen protector for camera lens and for the screen. I also added a case. I appreciate the time he took helping me. 20+ years with verizon and service like this is why I continue to stay. Thank you Jesus.

Ciera gets my highest possible performance review for helping me to purchase a new phone and guiding me through the process of transferring all my data from the old phone to new. With my limited technical knowledge she made it easy and (almost🙃) enjoyable!

Sierra (With a "C") was A great help. She professionally showed me my options beyond phone service, and after denying it she focused on that. Home Wi-Fi, streaming bundles, heck. I came in with less service and left with more service at less of a cost. 5/5. Thank you Cierra!

Everyone who worked there was very friendly. Zach (spelling?) helped my Mom & I in a very efficient manner and was very kind.

Woke up one morning and promptly dropped my phone, cracking the screen from top to bottom.. =(

So, off to Verizon I go, dreading the visit from the start. I wasn't planning on having to buy a new phone yet and was not looking forward to hearing that my old phone probably wasn't worth anything.

My expectations were quite low, to say the least, but boy was I wrong about how I thought my visit would go.

Now, it was a Sunday afternoon, so I diddddd have to wait for about 20 minutes before somebody could help me. However, once somebody was available, they called me over and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Quinn.

Quinn is an impeccable employee, and if it hasn't been recognized yet, I'm here to do just that.

Let's start with how easy it was to have a conversation. Quinn's upbeat and happy demeanor made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while still taking care of business in a very professional and playful way.

Quinn listened to what happened to my previous phone, understood the goal, which was to get me set up with a new phone at a reasonable price, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

As all of this was happening, Quinn would also be welcoming people into the store, checking people in when able to, and keeping an eye on the queue of customers to ensure them they would be taken care of soon.

Verizon, I hope you realize and recognize, that Quinn is a high quality employee with exemplary customer service etiquette, and what an asset they are to your store.

I've never been as happy with a visit to a Verizon store as I was that day.

I was looking for a wireless charger because the one I have doesn't work very good. The charger I bought here was actually reccomended by a employee the charger works very good

Quinn was amazing! I usually dread having to pick out a new phone and the set up process. Quinn made me feel like an old friend and the time to get my new phone set up flew by! I was in and out of there in record time for my usual Verizon visits. Great staff at my new go to Verizon store!

Made the switch, 2 phones, watch and jet pack! It was a lot, with a couple of issues encountered before we even walked thru the door!! But Quinn was able to unravel the previous mess and get all our new phones and devices up and running! We were for sure not the easiest clients but Quinn kept a sense of humor for the situation and made what could have been a nightmare a very pleasant experience!!

They are awesome! They helped me get into my non responsive phone so I. Old transfer all my important things I thought I had lost! Even thou I was leaving Verizon for another carrier. They are usually pretty busey. But we'll worth the wait!

We came into the store to trade in our old iPhones for new iPhones. If when you come to the store, ask to work with Freyja. Freyja is awesome ... very knowledgeable & friendly, and super customer service oriented. It was a fantastic experience for a task that most people dread. I give a 10 out of 10 recommendation and 5+ stars!

Went into the Verizon Store looking to switch over from another carrier due to the current promotions and was helped by associate Alex. He helped our family go through what plan was best for us as well as ordering our phones and taking our old ones for trade in and told us to contact him before returning to the store in order for him to assist us.

After our phones arrived, we returned to the store and Alex helped us port the numbers to Verizon and walked us through every step to make the transition as smooth as possible. As a follow up he even contacted us outside of store hours to make sure that everything was working as intended.

I know that most people dread walking into a store to sign up for a new phone plan, but the experience I had was by far the most painless and problem free ever. Thanks Alex for the fast and reliable customer service.

Incredibly helpful, respectful and professional. Usually dealing with providers is a nightmare but I had a great experience and they ended up saving me plenty of money. Can't speak for everyone, but the manager here certainly knows how to treat customers. Definitely will come back here if I have any more issues.

Do not WASTE your time if it is not a Legitimate Verizon store

I've been going here since 2008 and comparing all of the Verizon stores I've been in, including in other states, this location is hands-down the best. I experience little wait time when I just walk in although nowadays I simply make an appointment. What's great is I don't care which rep I get, in my personal experience all of them are highly qualified and incredibly personable. The store is spacious and always kept clean which of course is a huge plus.

I had an issue pertaining to getting locked out of my prepaid account and could not resolve it alone online or through Verizon automated call centers. I came in about half an hournbefore closing and was assisted by Kai and someone he was helping with learning the ways of their tablets. He was incredibly helpful and the crew were kind, patient, and mostly knowledgeable to the issue I had. I believe verizon isn't the greatest company but the workers here helped me get my account reset and fixed. When I asked about getting some additional data for the month Kai pointed out I was on a plan 5hat was phased out, "Legacy" I think he called it. He helped upgrade me to a plan of the same cost with double the monthly data usage available. The staff here were nice and enjoyable to work this out with and I recommend you try coming here. Thanks Kai, and thanks to the others.

We have always had problems with other carriers so we decided to assist h to Verizon.

We ordered our phones by phone through Verizon Customer Service, but there ended up being a problem with the order the next. The team at this Verizon location went above and beyond to get us the phones we ordered in our hands and were so caring and helpful. Special shoutout to manager Patrick and sales associate Joe for all their help. You made our experience painless and easy.

The team also is wonderful with children. There was a parent also phone shopping in store at the same time we were. The store team ensured the mother and her son had face masks to protect them, interacted with the child, and provided great customer care

It is a busy store but the customer service is great. I had to return my husband's iPhone because he wanted something bigger & better. Although there were lots of complicated codes for returning it, they took care of it. I also had to return my Note 7 due to the recall, they were very personable, helped me settle on the iPhone 6s Plus despite some reservations on waiting for the iPhone 7. Smart salesmanship, jovial & professional staff. Was good there, even if I had to wait a long time.
