Macy's

I went this afternoon and was having trouble finding the price on girls' shoes, but a person named Casey helped me very kindly. I just want to say thank you so much Casey. I would like to find more kind people like her.

I went in to check out watches and a gentleman with long lighter brown hair helped me out. He sold me a seiko turtle and was very cordial and excited in assisting me. I wish I had gotten his name but I hope that this review reaches the manager as that guy deserves a raise. Shout out to the guy working the jewelry department on 1-26-24 around 11:30. Dude rocks, and I probably wouldn’t have purchased the watch had he not been so forthcoming, patient, and even happy as I took my time trying pieces on and discussing the different options.

All the wonderful ladies at the perfume counters were extremely helpful. I smelled 10 different perfumes for my wife and they spent 10+ minutes helping me find the perfect one. I come here every year for perfume and the staff is always helpful and kind.

This place is one of the nicest stores I have ever been to. The employees are great and their asset protection team is on top of things. Whatever you need this store has it. Not only that but they have major discounts all the time. You never know what you will find at the last chance racks. I found a nice church sweater for $1.48. I couldn't believe the price and had it checked. Yep, it was correct. I then got another knitted hoody that wasn't priced and so the checkout clerk gave it to me for the same price! I went home and looked up the items and I got $150 worth of clothes for less than $3.00!

I was pleasantly surprised when I came here looking for comfy slip-on "mom shoes". The prices are what you would expect, but these shoes are of great quality, I will be getting their costs worth out of them for years to come. I also bought plenty of comfy new clothes from the clearance sections. The only wish I have is for more organized cashier locations. They are scattered and can be hard to find if you don't know where to look. Otherwise, the store is clean, big, and handled well by management.

Best customer service we've ever experienced, We had a small fashion show yesterday and they made it it easier for us, well organized. We will never forget the courtesy, thoughtfulness and professionalism of their team.

What a wonderful store! Haven't been in the Clackamas Macy's in so long but everything seems to be the same, great displays, everything really expensive, and that distinctive department store smell. VERY SAD TO SEE CLACKAMAS MALL SO EMPTY.

Friendly employees, helpful,knowledgeable and all of those 3 things make my shopping experiences much better. I would reccomend this Macy's store for a great holiday shopping experience.

Got me two $50 Paco rabanne.. But I have to say get you a membership through Macy's if accepted because the cologne prices are way better if you have that... But definitely check out the cologne that I listed above as this smell is one of my top fragrances

Usually love Macy's but I walked in 5 min before they closed so couldn't really give a good review.

What I wanted at Macy's they didn't have in stock, so they ordered it for me and I didn't have to pay for shipping. I have to say Macy's has a lot of good clothing and items that are priced well.

Macy's has the best sales, hands down. And now I see they have revived Toys r Us?!?!?! So cool!!! I'm a Toys r Us kid 4 life!!!!
