EVERYONE at Bancroft-Dobrin Orthodontics is amazing! They care about their patients in such a genuine manner. They go above and beyond to make the patient experience informative and comfortable. Dr. Keith is a pro at treating children with care and is extremely knowledgeable, explaining every step in detail. I highly recommend this team of doctors to anyone who is starting the orthodontic journey! Wish I could give them 50 stars :)

Doctor Bancroft and his staff are amazing! I had to get my bottom permanent retainer fixed because one side popped off during a dental cleaning. I got in the schedule very quickly and was seen by doctor Bancroft right away and he personally glued the bar back on and took a look at my retainers. The staff were pleasant and very quick, I was taken care of in about 15 minutes! I definitely recommend Bancroft orthodontists to new patients like myself!

My brother and I have been going to Dr. Bancroft for over 15 years. He is THE best orthodontist! His work is excellent! He is always friendly and patient. His staff is always warm and welcoming! It's always a pleasure going to his office. His practice is the only one I recommend for friends and family looking for an orthodontist!

I had a great experience at Bancroft Dobrin Orthodontics. I needed my retainer fixed right away and they accommodated me, fit me in as soon as possible, and fixed my issue within minutes. There was no wait time and the staff including the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband, my daughter and I have all gone to Bancroft
Orthodontics for treatment. We all had a top notch experience. We saw Dr. James Bancroft and Dr. Keith Dobrin. Both doctors are highly skilled at what they do. They explained the whole process thoroughly and were especially patient and kind with my daughter. Their office in Waldwick was recently renovated and is very clean and modern. The staff at the desk is super nice and worked patiently with us to make appointments. I highly recommend this practice for any of your orthodontic needs. We are all extremely happy with the outcomes.

I only have good things to say about Bancroft Orthodontics! The staff are all attentive, helpful, and treat each patient like family! Dr. Bancroft saw me quickly (no long waits in the waiting room), and made me feel at ease as he worked on my retainer that was causing me issues. You won't find any better than Bancroft Orthodontics!

Highly recommend! I came to them in my late 30's, with a severe overcrowding issue with my lower teeth, and have been working with Dr. Keith Dobrin for the last two years. Dr. Dobrin and his staff have been amazing the entire time. They always take as much time as you need to answer any questions you have. I had decided to get Invisalign. Dr. Bancroft came highly recommended from a friend whose 4 children had gotten braces from him. He explained the process thoroughly so I knew what to expect. I am 4 months into the process and am doing just fine. His daughter, Dr. Ashley Bancroft, works in the practice with him. His staff is helpful and professional. They always call with a reminder of my appointment. I am very happy with Dr. Bancroft and his practice.

Great orthodontist! As a current dental student I know that they are the best! With their help they’ve made my smile perfect. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5 min in their office too. The whole staff is super friendly and very accommodating. If you need any orthodontic work done I highly recommend them!

We are very very happy with our experience with Dr Bancroft and his entire office staff. The office staff is friendly, understanding, accommodating and just overall a pleasure to work with. Dr Bancroft and his daughter Dr Bancroft :) are both patient, knowledgeable and understanding. My daughter was very afraid of pain when she got her first retainer. Dr Bancroft (father) totally understood and at that first visit put the retainer in but didn't tighten it or anything so that she could get used to just having it in her mouth. My daughter was made so comfortable by that--it really made the right impression for the entire rest of her treatment period. She never fears going in, which is a huge relief! When we have had little issues with something hurting the team is always accommodating, which is so nice to know!

Dr. Bancroft has been our orthodontist for several years. Both our son and daughter required two phases of braces. While our son's experience was a more typical process, our daughter went through a successful first set of braces, then had reconstructive jaw surgery that required a second set. Dr. Bancroft worked with her surgeon in Florida to ensure that her orthodontic goals met with her recovery goals from her surgery. He has always been kind, helpful and understanding. Dr. Bancroft's staff is always helpful, warm and friendly, and easy to work with. As both of our children are now nearing the end of this process, it will be strange not to see Dr. Bancroft and his staff every few weeks. They have watched our children grow up and have helped make their smiles even more beautiful.

Dr. Bancroft and his entire staff are wonderful. Always greeted with smiles and everyone so pleasant. After my first experience with Dr Bancroft with my daughter, there was no doubt who i was going to with my son for braces. Absolutely recommend Dr Bancroft!

Best orthodontist around! Dr. Bancroft did my braces about 15 years ago and thanks to him my teeth still look as perfect as they day the braces came off. If you need an orthodontist, look no further.

The first time I went to Dr.Brancrofts office I was a little nervous (like most people are when going to a new place) because I was getting braces and had heard my friends orthodontist horror stories. But, by the time my appointment came around I was fine. The staff explained everything in detail and was very sociable and comforting. The staff seemed happy and helpful and would totally recommend Dr.Bancroft to a friend!

Both of my kids have gone to Dr. Bancroft and we love him! He is very kind, patient and has done a wonderful job with their teeth. The office staff is also a pleasure to deal with.
