I recently discovered this shop while visiting in NJ as I do quite often and I need to drop my nephew off for a practice in Waldwick. I needed some new vapes and liked the pictures & images of the store in my google search so I decided to go!

Chris provided exceptional customer service from the time I entered the store until I checked out. Most importantly, he was already helping another customer, acknowledged my presence and told me he would be with me as soon as they were done.

He was knowledge of the products I inquired about elf bars and made the shopping experience personable and welcoming.

I also wish I had more time to shop the other products in the store and definitely looking forward to going back to this store.

I always buy my vape supplies online for the prices however, I'm extremely satisfied with this shop. Very friendly owner and a great collection of authentic products and the price to my surprise is highly competitive. I highly recommend this shop and will visit again soon. Thank you very much.

I just had the best experience, buying my vape. Chris was the one, helping me. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly. He took his time and explained everything to me. This is what all vape shops should aspire to be. I’m in Jersey for work training and totally forgot to stop by my hometown vape shop in Virginia and stock up before I left. Not only did they have a bottle of my go-to juice and coils, Chris was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable across all boards, and was very friendly. There are too may vape shops out there with people that have the personality of a cardboard box. This place was SUPER clean, organized and well stocked. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS! The store manager Kyle took the time to explain things in a friendly, and easy to understand manner. He patiently answered all my questions, and made sure I left the store with knowledge and confidence in my purchase.

Can easily recommend both newcomers and enthusiasts alike to check out the Waldwick location. I'll most definitely be back for all my future needs.

The staff are nicer than at some boutique clothing stores. Great service. I even had a problem once with a sealed item leaking once I had left the store and the employee investigated and made me whole immediately. Love doing business there.

Great shop and good prices with personable and knowledgeable owners! Both Billy (guy with glasses) and Jeremy (guy with the beard) are fantastic they let you know if a product is worth buying and give you an honest opinion about it and if there are any questions; they love to share their knowledge to help you find the best product for you every time you go into the shop. Best place to go hands down!!!

I've always had great experiences at this location. All employees I've interacted with there are knowledgeable about the products and super helpful even before being asked, but never overbearing.

With shipping so crazy nowadays I took a walk to my local brick and mortar. I was greeted with courtesy and respect at the counter, and even though it was closing time I did not feel rushed at all. The staff was attentive to my every question, which I had many, and I was in and out in ten minutes. Afterward, I unboxed everything and it has immediately well exceeding all of my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you

Great store, haven't considered going to another since my first visit. Decent inventory, great prices and super helpful and friendly staff. I've found prices here lower than on Amazon.
