I went to Verizon in Albany and had such a bad experience I came here and switched on the spot. These people make dealing with phones nice. She alone deserves a huge raise. Went in for simple help with my phone and was very happy to see them taking the mask mandate seriously. Miranda, the (I think) manager, was very firm about not allowing maskless people inside and very helpful with our phone issues. There was one couple that started screaming and she handled them wonderfully. Very glad to see at least one store taking things seriously for the health of their customers and their employees.

Miranda is awesome. She's holding to the local mask mandate and doing her job. There's no question people are passionately divided "for" and "against" wearing face masks to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Some people are so mad about being asked to cover their faces in public they're using social media to post negative reviews about businesses that are only trying to follow protocol. Do you wear a seat belt? Do you wear shoes and a shirt into businesses? Do you have literally any other vaccines, like tetanus, measles, chicken pox, mumps, or any of the others? Maybe you can give a business a break for following the rules they have to follow to keep the business open, and take your opinion about masks elsewhere.

Walked in the door with a phone that was doing crazy things that I could not fix. Walked out 10 minutes later with a fully functional phone that the salesman fixed up in 5 minutes. Thanks again for fixing up my Motorola G7 Power Supra! Works like it should & you guaranteed me as a repeat customer. Upgrading to a One in a couple weeks & will probably need a little help I'm sure. Now I know where to go for it. Thx!
