Old Navy

The girl in the front was so helpful. She was smiling and greeted me hello, which I didn't expect as I was walking my way towards the exit. Which was all the difference in me walking back and asking her for advice on the fit of a certain shirt. She recommended I size down and when I came home, I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I wish I knew her name. Kindness is everything in retail and all the difference in make or breaking a sale. I was pleasantly surprised in the best way.

This old Navy is big, and well staffed. I had no trouble finding what I wanted and help was around to ask questions. Items are well stocked of all sizes, also no I there. Much better situation than going to an Old Navy in a mall. Here you can actually received help and check out quickly.

I live in Manhattan, work in New Jersey. I used to live one town away from this old navy, so I've known how awesome they are for a while. The gm is very sweet. She climbed up a very tall ladder just to help me get the right size jeans for my wife. That kind of small touch really is what keeps a customer for life.

Great store. Excellent prices on all their clothing and accessories. Very friendly staff, always willing to assist you. Ordering online is wonderful. Shipments arrive 2-3 days after ordering. Easily return items in store.

My favorite clothes store especially for my 5 grandkids. I love their PJ's...and buy many for the kids when they stay over and they are the best stocking stuffers and bday popups...they also have great and innovative tshirts for tweens and teens
