Taverna On The Green

This is our new favorite place! Everything from the delicious, freshly prepared and beautifully presented food, to their staff, esp our amazing server Kley, to the welcoming new owners, Victoria & Joe, Taverna is definitely 5 stars 🌟 🤩!! 2 of the 3 pics were taken after we realized we forgot to take pics first bc after the delicious burrata appetizer, we couldn't wait to dig in to our crabcakes and chicken skewers! 😋😂 Kley makes the best cosmos too! 🍸🍸Love that they have entertainment too and so looking forward to Latin Dance Night!

I hadn’t been here in a while, so I heard there was new owners so we went there last night for dinner and the food was very good. Some of us had soups they were excellent. My son had the Caesar salad and ate every bit of it. We had a wonderful waitress named Naz who was on top of things. They’re just happened to be a Corvette show going on so we sat outside. It was a beautiful night then we went inside later on to have a drink, and the atmosphere is fantastic. We will be back!

OMG!! First time going, the atmosphere, the ambiance , the food, fresh octopus, lollipop lamb, meatballs, crab cakes , pastas, salads everything fresh and delicious, please everyone go and try this place. Live Band , dancing eating, drinking, great cocktails . 🍸 You have to go.

I almost don’t want to share this place! The food was so delicious!!!! The lamb lollipops, the octopus and the burgers! One of the best meals I ever had! Casey was amazing, so friendly and welcoming, we brought our dog and sat outside, she was very kind to Vader. We will be becoming regulars!! ❤🐕🙌🏽

They allow pets in their outdoor seating area! KC, our host, was so accommodating to our 85lbs bernedoodle and made him feel at home. The excellent food and selection was a bonus. Highly recommend the lollipop lamb chops. We will be coming here regularly.

This restaurant is amazing! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! The cocktails are phenomenal and the food is absolutely delicious! Not only is everything on the menu amazing but the atmosphere is so fun & lively. It’s such a great date night spot or place to bring a big group on a Saturday night. I cannot wait to book my next reservation!!

My new favorite place!! Stopped in for lunch. Had calamari, burrata, salmon. Divine! Next want to try breakfast and dinner.. see some live music! Can’t wait till put put is open and warm weather to sit outside/enjoy the view. Amazing staff, great vibe. Going to tell everyone I know.

Super friendly people! Great food, all locally sourced and cooked to order. Our waiter was awesome. The owner even stopped by to ask how everything was. You don’t get that kind of service and attention anymore.

My family came to Taverna for the first time from a Google search, looking for a restaurant with live music on a Saturday night. Everything couldn't have been better. Excellent food, friendly staff. We're becoming regulars. We hear the Elvis act they feature once a month or so is phenomenal. Always a fun time there.

Great Time Food was good service was good drinks were great and all good prices. Place is very nice. And very clean. They had music nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

This is a most beautiful venue with absolutely delicious food. I've been here a few times and the meal never disappoints. The service is personalized and I feel like family here. I love it!

2) Wanted to update my review from several months ago. I've dined at this establishment many times since my first review and must say, I've always been VERY pleased! The food is fresh, quality ingredients, made to order to my preferences, ownership and staff delightful! I will gladly return! I can't say enough great things! Definitely recommend very highly!!!

1) Awesome experience at the venue. The food and service were both great! Our server Brian was very attentive and pleasant! Delightful all the way around. Definitely will go back there again!

We went Friday night and enjoyed an incredible meal with friends. The live entertainment was spectacular!! It was the best night out that we had in a long time. Can't wait to go back! Still dreaming about the meatballs

My fiance and I were traveling up to Connecticut with our dog. We needed somewhere to stop for dinner that was dog-friendly and on the way. We came across Taverna on the Green on the Bring Fido app and we were so happy we did! Not only was this place dog-friendly. They loved our dog. We felt so welcomed by the owner and his family, as well as the staff. The food and drinks were excellent and the outdoor space was beautiful. We have a wonderful memory now of our summer night spent at Taverna on the Green and highly recommend it.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience; the food and service were outstanding. Lastly, the dessert was out of this world. We will be back soon.

Went there over the weekend with my family and we had an amazing time. The music was great the service was excellent and very friendly, it will not be the last time I go there.

All excellent...! Excellent food, attention and service in general.
They have delicious breakfasts and on weekends there is music and events for the public.!

Our only complaint on our first visit to Taverna on the Green was that we haven’t tried it sooner. We are former Walker House regulars at the same location. Excellent food, perfectly cooked burgers and a chicken kabob were included in our choices. The place was decorated nicely and service was friendly and on point. I actually cannot think of a negative from our experience. We will be back. BTW, we went on a more quiet non-music night.
