Best place. I go there for my facials and microneedling. (Their ridgewood office) Nataliya is amazing. And i also go there for weight loss with the doctor. I have recommended many people there for both services. Staff is very friendly and making appointments is very convenient. Five stars, for sure.

I absolutely love the results of my Morpheus treatments. The doctor and staff is fantastic. Relaxed atmosphere, all of my questions and concerns were addressed as this was my first experience with treatments of any kind. Ended up trying Kybella after Morpheus which made everything even better!

Best facials I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Nataliya is so knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. I always leave feeling beautiful, refreshed & radiant!

I highly recommend this place, it’s clean and beautiful inside. Every time I go everyone is always so sweet! I get laser hair removal and facials with Melisa she’s wonderful.

I’ve been coming here for years to get facials and microdermabrasions . They are very accommodating (I have some skin allergies), and my favorite aesthetician of all times is back-Natalia. She is so gentle, thorough and does a great neck , arm and shoulder massage too! Others have left the room while a mask was drying or when steam was on your face, but Natalia is there through it all. She’s the best!

Office is clean. The ladies at the front are very accommodating and friendly. Procedure went as expected.

Paola is magnificent! This was my 1st facial since the pandemic and everything was clean and sterile. I used to go to their previous location as well, but their new location inside the Ridgewood old post office is not only beautiful but open and airy. I had the foot facial and oxygen facial and both were relaxing. Paola did an excellent job and was attentive to ask how I was feeling throughout. My skin and soul received the well needed rejuvenation after the hectic year we've had. Treat yourself and book an appointment here. I will be back as soon as I can!

I’ve been client at this facility for about 2 years or more. Super satisfied with Lana who does my facials. After trying many places I found her to be the best. Now I trust my skin only her. Caring and lovely person. Very clean rooms, and Very positive atmosphere right from the moment You entering. Reasonable prices. Very happy I found this place. I would highly recommend!

I came to NLVI because I had some issues involving veins around my ankles. After filling out my paperwork, I was escorted into an immaculately clean examining room. I was given disposable "shorts" and "booties" to put on. The ultrasound technician (Gracie), who was very friendly, helpful, and thorough, masterfully spent 20 minutes directing me through multiple "poses" so as to obtain the best vein and artery images of not only my ankles, but all the way up to my thighs for completeness. When she was done, she called Dr. Yam in. He was extremely nice, friendly, and knowledgeable of the subject matter. He was in no rush and carefully explained all the ultrasound findings and medical issues to me, answering a plethora of questions that I had. In the end, it turned out that I did not need any further treatment or medical procedures and as a man of apparent great integrity, he told me why----never trying to suggest more procedures just to create more business for his office. I would give him, Gracie and the office a perfect "10" for service.

Excellent bedside manner . Treats his patient with respect . Very knowledgeable in his field and explained everything to my mom before and after vein procedure. Very caring . I highly recommend this doctor and facility if you are in need of a vein procedure. Staff as well is very courteous and friendly . Nice atmosphere and very well kept. I know my mom is finally in good hands after visiting many vascular surgeons for her.

Highly recommend. Beautiful, clean atmosphere, friendly & professional staff (Dr. Yam, & his team- amazing!!)- All of this is an understatement. My experience there was awesome. I drove over an hour, & I would do it again for this level of service. Lastly, the place is a little tricky to find- they’re in the “Old Post Office”!

Jessica is amazing, super knowledgeable, really cares about her clients, and is lovely to be around. She gave me honest answers, great results and suggested one of the best skincare serums I have ever used and now can't live without :) ! <3

I had a wonderful experience at Northest Laser Vein Institute from Claudia at the front desk all the way through post procedure care. I had many many appointments where everyone put me at ease and genuinely cared about my well being and care.

Jessica is my laser tech. She is amazing and very well educated. She informs me about everything she does and gives advice. She’s really good and knows what she is doing.
