The BEST Italian food in the area. Homemade pasta, which is rare for a restaurant, excellent salad choices and some of the best homemade dessert I've eaten. Perfect intimate spot for a romantic date, hang with friends or enjoy with family. Excellent location for a private party. The decor feels like an Italian dining room decorated with taste and coziness including an electric fireplace. It's a gem of a place, located on the corner, which can easily be passed up except you can't miss the massive and largest residential building on Anderson Avenue located directly across the street. Street parking or under the massive building you will find public parking. This place is new to the area and definitely needed, as it's easy to find pizza joints, but the area lacks good quality Italian food. The chef has "bar none" culinary skills. I've been here a dozen times with friends and family and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend you try this place, as it may turn out to be one of your favorite spots this side of the Hudson River as it is mine.

I love this place! BYOB. It’s our regular place now. You feel like you are in a fancy Italian restaurant when you visit. In the winter months the fire is going and the atmosphere is cozy. The pasta is made daily on site. The specials are always top notch. I love the gnocchi, vodka and the Spaghetti Carbonara. My husband loves the meat dishes. The staff are attentive and informative and never make you wait long. And you can’t forget about dessert! We always bring a nice red wine and a small Sambuca for Espresso after dinner.

Lovely Italian dishes in a beautiful setting. They have homemade pasta, but we all had meat mains that were delicious and nicely plated. The owner is very friendly! BYOB for now, you can buy wine two doors down.

Excellent restaurant. Food is just delicious- all home made everything and tastes like it. The home made pasta was one of the best I have ever tasted. I had the linguine vongole, my husband had the veal saltimbucca, my kids had the pappardelle bolognese and the T bone steak, and my parents had the breaded veal and the swordfish special. Everyone loved their meals. The antipasto was also a big hit, with homemade toasted bread. Very attentive service from very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend- you won't be disappointed. And don't miss the desserts!

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever ate at. Food was great. Their fish and pasta are fine quality. Limoncello cake was really nice, too. Service was superb. Friendly staff and restaurant owner.

I heard great things about L’Angolo restaurant from a friend. So I thought “why not try it out with the family.” As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the waitress with a mask and was ask to have some touch less hand sanitizer, then each of us had our temperature taken. My grandmother has diabetes and was hesitant to come out, but when we were seated she was happy and worry free. Everything was spotless and the staff were very kind. The waitress even told us when we use the bathroom to let them know because they clean it after EACH use. The food was amazing as well!! With everything going on today I understand that people are scared going out, but I can assure you L’Angolo is a delicious, clean, and safe place to go. I definitely recommend and will be back!!

Great ambiance. Lovely decor. Great service. BYOB. Quality food, fresh, unique and tasty. Pasta is made on site and cooked Italian traditional al dente. Favorite dishes so far: octopus app, pesto pasta, filet mignon, salmon, chocolate gelato, homemade tiramisu and eggplant parm (I normally HATE eggplant. I will only eat this dish. I tried it not knowing it was eggplant.. fell in love) I've tried some other items I liked as well but I'm sure of the names. One was a kind of focaccia and another was like cold cuts but quality meats and cheese. Even in their olive oil you can tell it's not cheap stuff. Have been going back and will continue to go back.

Authentic delicious Italian cuisine, excellent service, chic but comfortable atmosphere. The pasta is handmade and a must to try like the linguini alle vongole. I also have had the gnocchi with Gorgonzola which is also a must dish to try. The meat dishes are equally tasty and well presented. L' Angolo is a must stop if you want wonderful Italian food,

Authentic Italian and not the so called "Italian" food you find in a lot of restaurants in the States. If you want chicken parm, this is not the place to go as you won't find it here or in any restaurant in Italy for that matter as it is not an Italian dish. The grilled octopus, while a bit pricey, was excellent. Even the espresso was made the authentic Italian way, nice and "short" and not like the dirty water, full cup with a lemon peel you get in most places. Complimenti al chef!
