This is one my favorite store they have the best customer service and there price are reasonable cheap

The dog stroller I use for my elderly dog broke the day after my vet ordered bedrest for four weeks (of course!), and the replacement wheel is taking several days to come in. I brought in the broken wheel and the owner came up with an ingenious fix using a screw and a hex nut. $3 total and the perfect solution while I await the new part. Thanks to Upper Westside Hardware for always being so helpful to customers with bizarre fix-it inquiries!

The staff go above and beyond to help, give suggestions and are very accommodating. The prices are great and affordable. I also shop there, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this hardware store. They're so helpful and friendly. I never have a problem with them. If I do not enjoy the product they have taken it back without hesitation (not saying you can use up the product and still get money back lol). I only go to this hardware store. They know me and I know them. I always find everything and anything I need here.

tldr: Locksmith stayed late on a Fri night to help our elderly neighbor get into her apartment and refused to accept payment.
Full story: I came here looking for a locksmith after my elderly neighbor locked herself out of her apartment, shortly before this place closed. We got to my building right away, but it took about half an hour of drilling because doors in our building have really strong locks, so the locksmith (who I think is the business owner) had to stay late after store closing. We were expecting to have to pay $200+ since it was Fri night, but it was only $120 which seemed reasonable. Then, when we wanted to pay for our neighbor since it would have been a hardship for her, the locksmith wouldn't let us pay. When we insisted on paying he just refused and said "we help each other out". The locksmith was also really kind to our kids.

The guys are very helpful and I love to support local!

Excellent store. You would be amazed to see how many items you can find in such a small place. Every time I was looking for something, I found it. And the stuff is great

Helpful, friendly, know where to find what they have in stock, take returns and exchanges when necessary, good prices.
