Jim saved me last night! My radiator started spraying water at about 12:30am. I called about 5 different “24 hour” plumbers near me, none of whom picked up the phone. Fortunately Jim did. He was further away, but said he would come out if I needed him to. But first he told me to try an old school trick of sticking a pencil in the part of the radiator that was spewing out water, allowing the wood to expand and stop the leakage. I didn’t have a pencil, but used an old flower stem that I had, and it did the job. Saved my night and my apt, and allowed me to sleep until I could contact building management in the morning. I’m definitely glad he picked up the phone.

I had an emergency late evening with a leaking sewer pipe causing an awful mess in my basement. Jim came by in the early morning hours of the night and took care of the problem. Moscone Plumbing always comes through for me with all repairs, big or small.

Steven from J&C Plumbing called up Jimmy Moscone when he ran into an issue trying to snake the main line pipe going out to the sewer. We knew right away we had someone we could trust to do the job right the first time. Jimmy, a veteran of 42 years in the plumbing biz, had his team dig 4 feet down near my garage and fix the broken pipe issue in just one day. They covered up the hole that was dug up very cleanly and evenly with concrete. I will always be calling Jimmy for any future plumbing issues. Thank you very much!

We had four plumbing problems when we woke up and none when we went to bed! A waste pipe was leaking under our slop sink, the turn-off for our hot water would just spin and not turn off the water, the hot and cold water turn-off under our kitchen sink needed new valves and we needed a new kitchen faucet installed, and we needed a new compressor fan motor for our air conditioning system. Everything was done quickly, professionally, safely and well. You couldn’t ask for a more personable group of technicians! Don’t hesitate to call Jim Moscone when you need a plumber or HVAC expert!

Jim & his team were everything I could’ve asked for and more. I had to replace my main sewer line that was backing up into my basement. It required a lot of digging and a huge tree had to come down to do the job. Many others refused to touch any part of it. It caused me so much stress and anxiety until my brother found Jim! Jim helped me find someone who could remove the huge tree root so he & his team could replace my sewer line. I can’t explain the burden that’s been lifted thanks to Jim & his team! These words still don’t do him justice. Thank you Jim! You and your team are definitely who I’ll turn to for any plumbing & heating needs without a doubt. I highly recommend.

Let me say one thing - NO ONE ELSE— Eileen is not only great - she cares and is honest. She knew I was away from home, and on the second call even said to me, drive home safe!! In this time we are in, she not only told me that all the employees were Corona free and not quarantined, but explained precisely what the employee would do when they entered the home. If we wanted, the technician would knock and go straight into the bathroom and fix the issue and if we wanted to avoid contact, we could pay lateR let by phone. I NEVER LEAVE COMMENTS. Don’t go anywhere else!! This company just cares! In the environment we are in today, the fact they are essential, and it’s not the work but just want to make sure everyone is safe —boggles my mind!! I will never go anywhere else. PERIOD.

This is the second time we have used this company and can say they are great! The work is professional and the prices are fair. They have installed a new deck mounted roman faucet, Toto bidet toilet, and sump pump.
