To begin with, Hair Hut has a wonderful atmosphere for a salon. It doesn't have those clicky hairstylists who ignore you till its time to pay.

Each staff member at Hair Hut was so attentive and concerned about my needs and wants while working on me.

I loved the color and cut I got and the price was more than reasonable.

All the while I was there, conversation was very spontaneous and interesting. I realized I not only had very good service, but I enjoyed myself.

The next time I go I will have streaks done and see how they come out. I am hoping they will be just as fabulous as my color and cut was. And looking forward to seeing everyone there again.

Hair Hut has so many advantages over other salons. It is easily accessible off the Saw Mill Parkway. Parking is available and free. Service is excellent. Hours are accommodating with some evenings and also Saturdays open. Prices are very good. The staff is friendly, and most of all, the work performed is excellent. They are a top notch salon.

Simply the best. Great hair stylists, friendly atmosphere. Easy to park your car. Highly recommend after all what’s not to like a good shampoo, haircut, and blow out.

My new favorite Hair Salon! I have always gotten my haircut from one location in Manhattan however, I recently moved to Yonkers and needed to find a spot I can trust. Thank God for google. My search lead me to this location. I was so nervous for the change but the moment I was greeted I knew I was going to love it. I came in with different shades of blondes and needed it to be corrected. My new Hair Stylist Cookie and the owner (I didn't get his name but he was really nice) immediately understood what I was looking for and Cookie went to work. Not only did she get the color I wanted perfectly she also cut and styled it even better than what I asked for. I also felt right at home. I was comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend.

Massive thank you to the Hair Hut staff for making my first ever hair cut by a stylist other than my mom (retired stylist) a good experience. You all are absolutely amazing, so kind, warm and welcoming. A very special thank you to Michelle (who will also be cutting my little man's hair very soon) for making me feel heard, understood and calming my nerves. I let Michelle do her thing and my hair looks incredible. Definitely going back for all my hair needs! I loved the cut soo much I plan to keep this shorter style w/longer bangs *the shorter curtain bang was a trial error thing totally my decision w/good input not to do the bangs too short *.. saying goodbye to the longer hair styles! Thank you so very much for giving me a bit of confidence and making me look beautiful!

Michelle is soo good with kids! My son got his first hair cut with her and he did great! She is just all around amazing. My son looks super cute and we are very happy with his hair cut (and I'm still very much in love with mine, got 100s of compliments)

I was a first timer here and very anxious about trusting anyone cutting my long hair!! Steve did the perfect cut for me. He listened very closely and carefully not to take too much off my hair and cut the perfect amount of layers. Every time he cut he asked if it was too short or just right. Carla then blew out and styled my hair better than I even planned she was also very attentive to my needs. Once all done Steve asked if I wanted anything adjusted and he did again just perfect. They were amazing, professional and overall the sweetest staff. Their adorable cat clipper made it really feel like home. I would 1000% recommend and will be back :)

I love making appointments for my wife with Cookie and her crew, because every time I do my wife is treated like a queen and she comes home looking like a movie star. Money well spent!

With little notice, Steve was able to fit me between his other appointments. Offered a suggestion that turned out great, thereby earning my trust. New customer and will be a returning customer

This was my very first time at this hair salon, and I was shocked at how good my fine hair looked! Like seriously, I have been to many many many many many hair salons and never got the results that hair hut studio was able to give me. I have fine hair so my hair usually gets super oily on the second day after styling it but after getting my hair done at this hair salon my hair literally lasted almost 3 days looking good and not super oily. I went in for a big chop, from almost elbow length hair to shoulder length hair with side bangs and let me just tell you, COOKIE did a FANTASTIC job, I showed her some pictures of the style I wanted and she did the exact hair style which I loved, she literally has magic hands lol. I am super grateful she knew exactly what I wanted and I got exactly the look I wanted. Definitely will be coming back, they are the best :)

It was my first time cutting and dyeing my hair. I am very satisfied with the results. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Hair Hut is a very warm and inviting place, and so are all the staff. Hair Hut staff treat everyone like family and Carla is the best colorist around among all the other things she can do and is licensed for. Cookie is also a great colorist, Steve is awesome at cutting hair, both women and men. Deva and her sister Bebe are the best at washing hair, they massage your head and it's just so relaxing among other things as well. If you have never been to this salon you don't know what you're missing.

I went in for a blowout. I get them all the time but I have never had it this amazing before! Affordable too. Fell in love with my hair after and booked my next appointment. The best!

I have been going to this hair studio for at least 25 years...so you can actually say....we grew up together ! Steve is simply amazing and fabulous....every hair cut is better than the one before, it that is at all possible. Carla, my colorist, never disappoints with selections of colors that suit my wants and needs...and sometimes, she asks me to think outside my comfort zone...she too never disappoints and does a super, super job !!! SO COME ON DOWN (OR UP) AND LET HAIR HUT MAKE YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY FABULOSOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!

I love love love this place. They took me in after I was waiting for somewhere else for over an hour!! It was my birthday and really needed to get my hair done. They are friendly, very family oriented. They have a customer for life!!!

Got my hair cut today by COOKIE and I am sooo happy with the results. I showed cookie about 3 different pictures and explained what I was thinking and she did exactly what I asked. She was so nice and considerate. I chopped off a lot of my hair and throughout the whole process she kept showing me her progress to make sure I was okay with it. Even the girl who washed my hair was soo nice. This will now be my hair salon to go to!

I frequented Hair Hut for many years until I moved to Queens. Stefano and his staff -- Michelle, Carla, Cookie, and Paula -- were superb for all those years: professional, knowledgeable, and personally warm, with prices that were very reasonable.

Words can't explain, what an amazing experience I had! I came in with my red magenta crazy hair in a bun ready to go jet black, and Steve and Carla convinced me to stay with the red and toner it down, at this point I told them to do whatever it takes to fix my hair.. And OMG!! I look amazing! Sexy and I can't wait to go home put on my makeup and take selfies, they are amazing , friendly and funny, I'm definetly coming back and I'm bringing my mom!!
